Look, I haven't heard of a single bank in the States that’s going to fund your musical fantasies. When it comes to mortgages, everyone—and I mean everyone—is going to grill you on your credit score first.

Personal loan ads: Legit or scam? in Banking, Insurance & Loans ·

It’s like when a guy helps you find a bank that will approve your loan—provided you meet their criteria—but in exchange, you sign up for a life insurance policy that nets him a commission from the bank. He isn't acting as an independent broker for them.
That’s how I've always viewed it, and I think my take is spot on.

🤣 🤣 🤣
Looks like people have started posting jokes in here too.

Deloitte mortgage rates in Banking, Insurance & Loans ·
So, here’s the deal: I’m looking at grabbing a loan from them based on a completed housing savings plan—not some middle-of-the-road bridge financing, but actual fully paid-off contracts over a five-year stretch.

One thing that actually works in my favor is that they don't demand a mortgage for anything under $15,000. It saves me from dealing with all that extra overhead you usually run into with a mortgage, like the appraisals, notary fees, and all that other bureaucratic garbage.

Has anyone actually pulled the trigger on a loan with these guys lately? If so, could you drop some details about how it went?

I was desperately trying to scrape together enough cash to buy myself a scooter since I was about to start high school, and honestly, I had zero clue how anyone actually made money at that age. Then, I stumbled upon this site OBRISAN LINK
where I found this company that basically pays you just to read through emails. I signed up, stuck with it for a few months, and eventually, I managed to pull in $2333. If anyone else out there is looking for a little side hustle to make some extra cash
, feel free to check it out! You can sign up right here OBRISAN LINK - Referral

The next thing you know, you'll be hit with a permanent ban for posting links or trying to recruit people like some shady MLM scammer.

I’d give you the link where you can research all of this, but the admins will just delete it. They view any site containing info on LLCs versus sole proprietorships as advertising, so they won't allow it.

The moderator is gonna keep wiping that link anyway. Look, if you just show up here dropping one specific URL without actually contributing anything else to the conversation, it's flagged as spam. In their eyes, that's advertising, and they charge money for that kind of exposure.

If you really want to share, just hit someone up via DM.

Bryan Mitchell57 said:Look, I've had them plenty of times, and honestly? I actually prefer them over those local walnuts we get around here. They aren't nearly as bitter. Are you sure you were eating those and not something else? Because saying they taste like sawdust is just... weird.🙂

Well, if that's the case, I guess I've been snacking on sawdust my whole life. 🙄

I honestly think pecans are going to be the big thing in the future—they're selling like crazy over here in the USA...

Ever actually tried that stuff? Total disaster. Honestly, I’m not even sure it’ll ever catch on here in the States. It doesn't deserve the hype anyway—the taste is straight-up garbage, like you're chewing on sawdust. Absolute trash.
Quick question about credit cards in Banking, Insurance & Loans ·
So, "swiping" is basically just sliding your credit card through that little reader thing. You usually see it happening at hotels—or even upscale restaurants—mostly just to hold your spot or act as a guarantee for the bill. Once you check out of the hotel and settle up everything you owe, you get your card back. 😛

He left cash as a deposit for the minibar? Is he serious? Has he never heard of just swiping a card? Some people are seriously paranoid about handing over their credit info.
Starting an LLC: Where to begin? in Business, Accounting & Taxes ·
swiftscout8 said:That’s not what I was getting at! My question was: can an LLC have a director who’s actually on the payroll of some other company? Like, everything is totally above board with the IRS, but the salary isn't coming from the company they're directing. Also, does that company still need to hire an extra employee just to hit that one-person minimum requirement?

From where I'm sitting, it looks like there’s really only one way out: you gotta have at least one person on the books. It’s either you acting as the director or someone else. But then what happens with the taxes and payroll stuff? Am I stuck paying double contributions in two different places, kind of like how it works with a sole proprietorship?

If that's the case, who's stopping you from just signing up for minimum wage?
How can I get a bank loan if I'm unemployed? in Banking, Insurance & Loans ·
Seriously guys, these kinds of half-baked threads drive me nuts. "I have nothing now and won't have anything soon because I can't be bothered to work. I've got a killer idea but zero cash. How do I get rich...?"
Man, there's no way this person is being serious in their first few posts. How else do you explain it? It’s not even about being an optimist at this point.

Look, kid, I've got a different suggestion for you... Build a REAL business plan—and when I say real, I mean a document that actually commands respect—and go hunt down an investor. You put in the sweat equity as a co-owner, and they provide the capital you're whining about. Then you split the profits. But you have to be incredibly, intensely professional to land someone like that. Honestly, looking at your opening post, I'd say you aren't even close to that level, nor do you seem ready to actually grind; you're just daydreaming.

Buddy, roll up your sleeves, grow up, and good luck. Stop asking mindless questions that you could answer yourself with two minutes of basic logic. Nobody is handing out magic wands here.

If this thing is such a goldmine, write a business plan (seriously, is this just a broken record on this subforum?). If you don't know how to write one—or if you're just too lazy to try—then just give up. Go find a shovel and spend the rest of your life telling your grandkids how you *could* have made it big if you hadn't been so damn lazy.
Later.
