Honestly, I couldn't care less about whatever happens with her—but I am wondering why this thread isn't over in the North American sub instead of being here.

So you actually fell for Harmon's propaganda?

This forum leans a bit right-wing. Look, if people are calling out killers, then fine—killers deserve criticism. We all know the Nazi collaborators were some of Hitler's most notorious allies. Killers and tyrants? They're etched into history forever. Period.

Check out what some anti-fascist just got banned for:

I don't care what anyone says. It's all just noise. Everyone thinks they have an opinion on everything, but honestly? Most of it is garbage. You see people acting like experts on things they barely understand, and it's exhausting. Just get to the point already.

So he called out the fascists and got slapped with a warning. What, is fascism not evil now? If that’s the case, then albatros needs to step up and say it to our faces.
If he actually thinks fascists are pure evil, then the ban is totally unjustified.

You forgot to mention that the warning was YELLOW... don't make me list every single reason why someone gets flagged here.
And for crying out loud, why even show up to the American Forum? Isn't HuffPost enough for you? From now on, I'm just not wasting my breath on comments like this... honestly.

I honestly have no clue what you guys are even doing over there... I might occasionally click on an article just because they’re trending—though most of their pieces make me want to gag, but hey, apparently I’m a masochist—but I don't even bother reading the debates on their forum, let alone joining in.

So, another one this morning in Columbus—some drunk idiot killed a 19-year-old girl... how would you even handle his sentence? In your eyes, doesn't he deserve life in prison without parole?
When someone's wasted, well, things happen—it's a tragedy... but I’d charge a drunk driver with premeditated murder, since they know damn well they shouldn't be behind the wheel while hammered...

To be honest, I have my doubts that they’ll actually pull his license, especially given how inconsistently the law is enforced in practice here.

p.s. I truly hope I’m wrong about this.

Do you seriously think he gives a damn about whether he has a driver's license or not? If he isn't smart enough to stay out of a car with a 2.7 BAC, I doubt he cares one bit about his paperwork.

DUI penalties are always a joke—seriously... if it were me, I’d pull their license for life for a $2.75 offense. Throw in mandatory rehab and a fine so massive they’re paying the government back for five years straight just to cover what they'd normally spend on booze...
I mean, who can even blame the kid when he's got such a stellar role model to look up to?

You forgot to credit Tomislav and CNN... unless you want them breathing down your neck about copyright infringement...
Pfft...
