Jesus' diagnosis in Psychology ·

Meaning, they weren't just comparing themselves... they genuinely believed they were the same thing......

Maybe everyone miraculously "recovered" over New Year's Day, or perhaps one of those standard New Year's resolutions was to finally quit forced compulsions, and they’re actually holding steady for once.😕🙂

Regardless, I've tried that approach more times than I can count—having dealt with OCD since I was ten years old—so I know firsthand that it doesn't really work......

Anyway, I'll catch you all a little later....☕

Best to everyone

Still awake over here😉

Maybe the reason it worked out for me is because my doctor specializes specifically in pediatrics, teens, and late adolescence...🤷which means they actually have some patience. At the end of the day, a good doctor is all about competence. Did you go through your insurance or did you pay out of pocket for a private visit?😉

Well, I went the private route for about a year, and the only thing that actually improved was the doctor's bank account... nothing helped me :asshole:

Support and a whole, whole lot of understanding... but seriously, a massive amount of it.😉

Olivia Rivera77 said:Wait, how? And what exactly do you mean by "AD"? I'm currently on Zoloft...🤷

Does anything work better than that for you, or is it just a total wash? 😉

I've been on Zoloft for quite a while now too, and honestly... it hasn't really done much for me either..........🤷

Heading to the kitchen to bake some cookies... honestly, if I could just loop this feeling and do it all over again about 800 times, I would 😂
