Well, I guess you're looking at the world from a distance... whereas I tend to view the world through the lens of people—their thoughts, their perspectives, and the unique ways they actually experience and weave themselves into everything around them.
It ranges from those tiny, hardworking little ants in the corporate machine all the way up to the most purely egoistic types you'll ever meet...
It’s really just a massive spectrum of how individual traits fluctuate based on how the surrounding environment reacts to them...
And, of course, I might throw in a few choice swear words along the way...
But the bottom line is that we haven't actually moved an inch away from the cave...
Our tools have just gotten a bit more high-tech...
Instead of wearing bear skins, people are just out there hustling for a few extra bucks or chasing after some fox...😁

Back in '84?
I was barely three years old back then...
I don't really have any memories of the eighties... probably because I was just a little kid living in my own little world, where my entire existence revolved around playtime...
Those were the days when happiness was simple—just pure, unadulterated joy, wandering around with my toys scattered everywhere...
I still remember those old Caboodles; honestly, I still go out and buy them today because they bring back such good vibes...
It feels like we’ve all collectively forgotten what it actually feels like to be a child... if I’m being honest, that’s the part I miss most...😢
It's like everyone suddenly decided to grow up overnight, tossing aside that inner sense of wonder just to prove they could be "adults"...

Anyway, there’s actually a specific word for our devotion to God... though I’m a little worried that if I say it out loud, my executioner might come after me and take my head off!

Think of filia as that selfless, platonic kind of love—just observing something beautiful and feeling enriched by its mere existence without needing anything in return.
On the other hand,
there’s the concept of "amo" (from the Latin amatoria), which is more about romantic passion—that intense, driven kind of love where you’re focused on a partner and pursuing a deeper connection.

I just finished reading Albert Camus’s *The Stranger*... I’ve always had a soft spot for those deep dives into existentialism and that sense of feeling totally alienated from the world.
...but I actually made a little vow to myself to start digging into psychology instead...
...I was doing some reading on it yesterday, and man, it is intense! It feels like I'm once again charging headlong down one of those steep, winding paths of endless learning.

I’ve decided to push back against any kind of manipulation or influence from those famous philosophers... because I truly believe I'm my own person, carving out my own unique path through life... I have no interest in following dogmas, though I'll always make room for a good debate.
...Call me an idealist if you want, but honestly, I feel so much lighter and more at peace now than I ever did during all those years spent absorbing everything I was taught about traditional religion...
I really feel like I’m not walking this road alone, either... and I'm confident that eventually, I'll cross paths with someone who sees the world through a similar lens...
