Exactly. I went by this morning and the cashier realized they had an extra five USD from yesterday. It took barely two minutes to sort out.😉

I didn't expect it to be such a smooth process.

So, I had 500 USD sitting in my savings account. I walked into the bank today asking for some small change in cash, specifically $67

I received my receipt, but I completely failed to notice that the payout was processed in USD rather than the local currency I requested... naturally, I didn't realize the mistake until I got home, at which point it was already too late

Now my savings balance shows a deduction of -200 USD instead of the expected amount

What options do I actually have here, aside from filing a complaint tomorrow? The real question is whether they'll even take me seriously

I suppose I'm just left hoping the teller has a decent memory regarding the actual amount handed over

The bruising under your eyes usually lasts about as long as the mold and bandages—roughly two weeks. As for nose swelling, that can linger for up to two months. It isn't a major issue; honestly, I actually prefer my swollen nose to how it looked before, especially knowing it will likely settle down even more over time... xD

If you’re referring to the surgery itself, it lasts about two hours. You wake up feeling zero pain—right up until the moment they rip the medical tape off your skin, which is honestly the only part that stings. You won't see any typical bruising or discoloration, though your nose will definitely look swollen. For the next two or three months, your nose might look a bit oversized, but you can easily massage that swelling down. As for the dark circles under your eyes, if you stick to using ice packs, those should subside within two weeks at most. After those first fourteen days, you'll be perfectly fine to head out in public again.
I wouldn't recommend scheduling this surgery during the summer months due to the increased risk of nasal swelling. Based on what you told me about how your nose reacts to the cold, I suspect the swelling might subside a bit faster in cooler weather, provided you stay out of the sun. Post-op, you’ll deal with some crusting inside the nose, which typically heals best through rinsing with saline or seawater. That’s actually what my doctor suggested—so if you have the option to head to the coast after the procedure, take it. Since Dr. Glusac practices in Makarska, I’ve decided to just combine my vacation with the surgery.
With Dr. Glusac, the process is pretty straightforward. Right after surgery, you head straight home with the mold on your nose. You have to return for a follow-up in two days to get the nasal gauze and tampons changed. Then, you go back in seven days to have the mold removed and the surgical tape applied. After another week once that tape comes off, you're finally done.

I have already shared my own experience with you, though I can't say if other doctors follow the same approach. Dr. Glusac utilizes internal techniques, which means there aren't any visible incisions or scarring on the surface.

I’m looking for a bit of encouragement here if anyone can offer it. I had my rhinoplasty about two weeks ago, but from a profile view, my nose still looks quite large. The only real change I’ve noticed since the procedure is that the dorsal hump is gone. Is there actually any chance it will continue to shrink? :S
