Where can I get a quick loan? in Banking, Insurance & Loans ·
I’ve been sitting here reading through all these threads, and honestly, it’s just baffling. People are out here asking for real, practical advice on where they might be able to borrow some cash or secure a loan when their credit score isn't exactly where it needs to be, yet I don't see a single soul giving them a straight answer. Instead, everyone seems more interested in playing philosopher—acting like they're some kind of moral authority, lecturing others with "don't do this" or "you shouldn't do that." Look, I guess everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but at the end of the day, every individual understands the weight of their own financial struggles better than any bystander ever could. If you don't actually have a lead on a solution, then maybe just stay quiet instead of acting like you know everything. But, if you actually happen to know a legitimate place, an address, or even just a reliable phone number, then for heaven's sake, please just share it.

I mean, I suppose there might be some banks out there willing to cut a deal for someone in a tough spot, but I have no idea where to look, so thanks in advance

Still nothing? It seems like absolutely nobody is willing to lend me a hand here.😵😵😵

Seriously, where is the response?

Wait, I'm a bit confused by your wording—are you saying you're offering a loan, or are you the one looking to borrow money?

I’ve been an active member of this forum since 2012, and frankly, I have zero interest in engaging in toxic arguments or petty drama. I honestly don't know why you're even bringing my name into this or why you feel the need to track every single thing I write. I see people here constantly tearing each other down, but that just isn't how I live my life. I'm moving on. Goodbye.

Has anyone actually received a response regarding their inquiry about an interest-bearing loan? I’ve been reading through the threads, and while everyone seems to be playing philosopher and acting like they have all the answers, nobody is actually giving a straight, concrete answer to the question at hand. I don't really need a lecture on whether such a move is wise or unwise—everyone is perfectly capable of assessing their own financial situation.

Why would you apply three times if your income and debt levels haven't changed?

People online just post nonsense anonymously to feed their own egos.

Please, don't be insulting. This isn't just some trivial nonsense; we are talking about real human lives here. If you can help, then help—but if you can't, then please don't insult me, because I certainly have no intention of disrespecting you either.

I really can't wrap my mind around why everyone feels the need to chime in with these incredibly "brilliant" pieces of advice—you know, the whole "why did you do this?" or "don't do that" routine. Look, if someone actually reaches out to ask for help, then either help them if you're able, or just move on; please don't sit there trying to lecture me on what I should or shouldn't have done. The fact that I might have sent an inquiry three times doesn't change anything; it just means I am struggling to find a solution to my problem, period.
LOOK, IF ANYONE HAPPENS TO KNOW SOMEONE HONEST WHO WOULD BE WILLING TO LEND SOME MONEY FOR A LONGER TERM—I'M THINKING LONGER THAN A YEAR—I WOULD TRULY APPRECIATE IT IF YOU COULD SEND ME AN EMAIL OR SOMETHING. THANK YOU.

Alexander Thompson said:Still, maybe try calling those numbers another ten or fifteen times... who knows, maybe they'll finally approve your credit application. If that fails, you might have better luck finding some sucker willing to swap cold hard cash for nothing but a pinky swear and a signed paper...

Or, since you clearly know the ropes here, why don't you start lending money to people who promise to pay you back based on nothing but their word? They'll offer huge interest rates just to get the cash, so the profit margins could be pretty massive... You could even do something like $33, where you get 120 back in just a month... That's where the real money is made, I guess...

Which numbers am I supposed to call, exactly? And what do you mean by me starting a lending business? A contract and a promissory note notarized by a local official isn't exactly based on someone's "word," is it? As far as I know, a legally binding promissory note is definitely valid in court.

wanderingbadger4 said:So I heard about this absolute creep running ads online who claims he only gives loans exclusively to women or girls... a friend of mine stumbled right into his trap, and I’ll have to ask her to send me the link just so I can see how ridiculous this is... basically, from everything she told me, the guy starts out by demanding all this personal info to "verify creditworthiness" and marital status, then moves on to asking for photos, and before you know it, he's pivoting into these twisted sexual schemes while pretending to be some kind of high-brow intellectual... in reality, he almost never actually hands out any money unless there's a sexual component involved... oh, and get this, the photo has to be a full-body shot... honestly, what a joke... 😵🤦

I mean, honestly, I think he’s just some twisted individual who doesn't actually have any genuine affection to offer anyone; it feels more like he's just feeding off the situation to satisfy his own perverse little whims, if you know what I mean.

Alexander Thompson said:Oh, you definitely do—I mean, there’s always a special corner of heaven reserved just for the greenhorns...

Nah, it’s not that... he basically just blew his cash on legal fees just for the hell of it. What's the problem? The problem is they aren't paying him back.😬

....and nope, still no cash in sight, even after dragging things through the courts for seven years.☕

So, are you personally handing out loans? Because I could really use some $6.75. And frankly, what you're saying about contracts being invalid isn't quite right; an executed contract or a promissory note filed with a local agency carries real weight. If they actually pay up or settle, once you get a judgment, they can garnish wages or seize assets, which effectively freezes their accounts until you finally get your money.
