If the dark night of the soul is truly a once-in-a-lifetime occurrence... what happens if you stumble during that process and slip back toward those lower chakras? Does that mean you’ve effectively forfeited your chance at true spiritual realization in this lifetime... or is it possible that you simply need to retreat into the shadows for a while until you can find the necessary "courage" to try again?
