So, I figured I’d jump in here too...
First off, I totally get where you're coming from, because I've definitely been spiraling in those same kinds of thoughts before.
From what I can see, you've fallen into this vicious cycle that you absolutely HAVE to break. Luckily, breaking out of it is actually pretty easy if you just stop hiding away in your apartment and wallowing in self-pity! Here's my advice: find an activity that physically wears you out. It’s basically using physical exhaustion to regulate those messy emotional states. Once you're wiped out, your body naturally starts pumping out those feel-good hormones. It doesn't matter what it is, as long as it really tires you out, though I’d personally suggest hitting some hiking trails a few times a week—maybe head out to somewhere like the Blue Ridge Mountains or even just a nice local park. Nature is seriously healing. Also, blast some music, but stay far away from anything depressing. You should start feeling a bit more like yourself after a while.

If you let your thoughts run wild, your own mind can honestly become your worst enemy.

You studied law, right? Man, I am so sorry.

Don't sweat it, though—23 is definitely not too late for a fresh start. I'm actually 23 myself, and I'm ditching law school to start over at a different university, and honestly, I'm thriving.

And here’s my take on that whole clone thing.

It doesn't really matter if you think you're a clone or whatever; everyone just wants to feel unique or stand out from the crowd because of our egos. Just ignore "the system"! Learn to appreciate who you are, because at the end of the day, you're the only person you've got, so you might as well be your own best friend!

Learn how to actually enjoy life, but don't just sit around being lazy about it!

Hang in there! Keep your chin up!👍
