Just finished watching it.
Personally, I found it pretty entertaining.
The camerawork and the special effects were really well done.
Though toward the end, it starts feeling a bit like you're playing Serious being all 😁 😁
All in all, it’s a solid flick if you just want to unwind and experience a movie from a different perspective.
Cell (2016) in Movies ·
A zombie movie, minus the actual zombies. 😁
It feels like this was put together by the same crew behind this video. 🙂

The movie might actually be worth checking out... though I suppose some people might end up feeling pretty dizzy or nauseous.
...especially if it were in 3D. 😁😁😁

Edit:
It *is* that same crew... since they even included this in the description:

Words... they just fail me... there aren't enough... 😲 😲

The first half of the movie is actually somewhat decent.
As someone working in the IT field, I have to say this is one of those rare instances where hacking is portrayed with a fair amount of realism—even if there are still some typical Hollywood flourishes mixed in—but the core concept is basically how things work. You don't see all that nonsense with flying 3D graphics or anything like that. 😁
However, once you hit the second half, 🤮

The characters feel totally cardboard, the plot becomes completely nonsensical after the midpoint, and so on... I suppose it might be mildly interesting just to see what they're talking about, but the movie is forgettable the moment the credits roll.
I just finished watching this movie recently.

I haven't actually read the books, so I can't really weigh in on that side of things.
To be honest, the first two films were just 'meh' for me. Like, they were fine enough to watch, but nothing particularly memorable.
I went into the third installment of the series with that same sense of indifference.

And I have to say, I was actually quite surprised.
The third part is truly outstanding.

Sure, you can tell the film was designed as a bit of a 'filler' before the grand finale—but the overall atmosphere, the storytelling, the characters... it’s all executed brilliantly.
Jennifer Lawrence is absolutely phenomenal (I mean, how could anyone possibly claim her acting is bad???). In the first film, I honestly thought she was a total miss in that role—but here, hats off to her.

All in all, I am genuinely impressed with the movie; I really enjoyed it.
Even if it feels a little 'stretched out,' the mood is handled exceptionally well.

The film received some pretty split reviews, but it feels to me like most of the negativity comes from the ADHD generation, who apparently can't handle a movie unless there's an explosion every five minutes.
Hmm... It looks like the timing might be perfect, assuming everything goes according to plan! 🙂
