Just chill out, guys, I'm just trying to run an errand, it's not like I can just teleport...

Ugh, I am signing onto this endlessly—it drives me crazy. When random people and even the cashiers at the corner store grill me about why I'm not lying down at home—when I've literally only walked a few blocks from my house—it makes me feel like I actually owe them an apology. As if they should be delivering my groceries to my door every morning... ugh, it's so annoying. And then there was all the staring at my stomach while I was on vacation—it's like nobody in America has ever seen a pregnant woman before. I seriously wonder where all these people come from...😉

What annoyed me most was having to argue every single time at Walmart after deciding to use the express lane (since I'm 8 months along). I’d give them this giant, fake smile and say, "It's just this!" The rest of the line would chime in: "Well, use the fast lane!" I’d drop the smile and go, "Yeah, and I also have the one where pregnant women get priority. So, where's your baby bump?"

And then there's the way everyone suddenly stares out the window when I board a bus. That’s what I find truly pathetic. I have never once failed to give up a seat to a pregnant woman, a parent with a small child, or someone with a disability. Never. I even stood up once during my seventh month for a woman who was further along than I was, simply because nobody else bothered.

Man, I second everything here word for word. Not a single soul at Walmart ever stepped up to help me, either. Then I was at the FBI office yesterday and had to get into a full-on debate with some guy who wouldn't take a number, even though the sign right in front of his face said PREGNANT WOMEN HAVE PRIORITY... it's crazy how much that can wind me up. 😢
It honestly bugs me how some people just don't seem to realize they shouldn't be dumping heavy tragedies on someone who's pregnant—like, I'll be grabbing coffee with a friend and she starts telling me all about her recent miscarriage, and I'm just sitting there thinking, "Are you actually telling me this right now?"... If I’d had more sense, I probably would've just stood up and walked out... It left me feeling so shaken I couldn't even sleep all night.🤷
