What were your biggest pregnancy surprises and pet peeves?

So, I’m sitting at a red light today—just sipping some water and minding my own business—when this lady in her 40s pulls up next to me with a stroller from the local farmer's market.
Woman: "Are you near your due date?"
Me (still looking straight ahead): "No, I'm not."
Woman: "Then how did you end up with twins?"
Me (still not even making eye contact): "They aren't twins."
Woman (looking completely scandalized): "Well, someone must have made a mistake then!"
I mean... seriously? WHY?????????? Why do some women feel entitled to approach pregnant ladies with such incredibly mindless comments?????
