🤣🤣 Oh my gosh, I am telling you right now, this thread is honestly way more hilarious than any sitcom on Netflix or HBO... 😂
..just let it all out, seriously, you'll feel so much better afterward and you'll definitely give the rest of us a good laugh too 🙂

Oh man, I totally feel you on that one... seriously, the other day I actually broke down in tears just because I burned some zucchini patties for dinner... 🙄🙄🙄

It’s my hormones driving me crazy while I'm trying to clean... I need help because I'm supposed to be resting, but she's such a perfectionist by nature while I'm just messy, so you can imagine how much my blood pressure spikes when she starts scrubbing everything while I'm already exhausted after ten minutes😂

🤣 and honestly, people are going to give me such a hard time if I don't tell you exactly how much it bugs me... 🙄

I know that feeling all too well when it comes to house cleaning... but in my neck of the woods, it’s actually the exact opposite! 🤣🤣
Lawrence Hughes66 said:My own mother told me similar stories when I was born in '81, mostly while looking at all the gear and clothes I'd bought, but it didn't frustrate me. If anything, it made me respect her more because I finally get an idea of just how much she actually went through.

Oh, I totally get that they had it rough... but honestly, shouldn't they be happy that things have changed so much and that we can actually give our kids way more than what we grew up with? (And I'm talking purely about the material stuff, obviously, because a mother's love is a mother's love 😍 or parental love, so I hope no dads take offense 😁)...
I heard that exact sentiment a thousand times growing up, but it really hit me differently this time... 🤷 It felt almost like she was subtly blaming me for something, though I honestly have no clue what I did wrong... 🙄
Ugh, my mom totally drove me up the wall today 🙂
She started going on this whole epic saga about how back when she had me (back in '84!), you couldn't even find basic diapers or baby clothes if you looked hard enough, and people were literally standing in massive lines just to grab a gallon of milk or a bag of flour... blah, blah, blah... 🙂Like, we don't live in the Great Depression anymore, thank God, and I honestly have no clue what point she was even trying to make by bringing all that up right now 🤷but honestly, my hormones are just absolutely wrecking me today, so I had to bite my tongue like crazy just to keep from snapping at her 😠
🙄

Now I'm feeling all bummed out because Balašević is performing in Santa Barbara on August 15th—which, obviously, is a total non-starter for me right now...😢

I know, I know, I probably sound like a complete lush, but I am just dying for the day when I can sip a killer cocktail or a tequila with a totally clear conscience... aaaawwww😍

Oh my gosh, the other day I just had this massive craving for a cocktail... and of course, I went ahead and treated myself... 🤣 ...though, yeah, it was non-alcoholic😂

What really got under my skin, though, was when this old lady (it’s been about a month since it happened... so my bump was still pretty small...) told me I should enjoy the summer as much as possible before the baby arrives... and when my husband mentioned my due date is in November, she goes, "Oh, well, you'll definitely have twins then!"... 😲
I just love retelling these stories🤣
And oh! Now that I think about it, this one just popped into my head too... hahahahah... some woman commented that she had absolutely no clue I was pregnant because there wasn't even a bump to speak of (this was like two months ago), and then my mother-in-law just blurted out, "Well, of course you can't tell, she's always been a big girl anyway!"... 🙄
Sarah Harris5 said:It honestly drives me crazy how much people stare... especially my grandma. She just can't seem to take her eyes off my stomach. I try to act like I don't notice, but I can practically feel them running the numbers in their heads—calculating my weight, guessing the gender, figuring out how far along I am... they look at me like they're some kind of Terminator 🤣🤣

Hahahaha 🤣🤣🤣

rustyrider20 said:My stomach is officially starting to block my view... today I slammed right into this tiny stool that was just sitting there on the floor where it didn't belong—couldn't even see it because my gut got in the way 🙄
Now I look like some victim of a street fight, sporting a massive bruise and a nasty scrape on my shin... and the worst part? It’s too damn hot to be wearing pants, so I have to parade this bruise around for the next two weeks—which feels like an eternity to me. And please, spare me those "remedies" for bruises suggesting you rub margarine or butter on them—total garbage. I slathered butter on my leg immediately and it still turned blue anyway.

But listen, there is actually one absolutely wonderful thing for bruises—this little balm made with essential chamomile oil (you can grab it at Aroma, I think it's only like $5... they have pure chamomile oil in a bottle too, but that stuff is way too pricey... this little tin lasts forever since you only need a tiny bit!) if you put it on immediately, the bruise won't even show up, and if one does start forming, it clears it up incredibly fast... I know this because I'm one of those people who bruises if someone even looks at me funny, I'm basically a walking bruise 🙄 and I am telling you, it really works👍
