All-day school schedules

I’m starting this thread hoping to connect with some parents who have kids in the full-day after-school program at Pojišan Elementary School in San Diego. To be honest, everything we had planned for this year went sideways back in April. By the time I finally got my head above water, I was running out of options, so I just pulled the trigger and enrolled my son there. Pedagogica hasn't been particularly helpful with the details, so if any of you could share what you know, I'd really appreciate it.
When do we actually sign the contracts with the school? Is there going to be a parent meeting before classes kick off? Also, does anyone know when or where they'll post the textbook list? And most importantly—how are you and your little ones actually liking the full-day setup at Pojišan Elementary School?
