I honestly cannot believe what some people are willing to tolerate these days—and the fact that you’re the one feeling frustrated or embarrassed by it? That's the real kicker. Honestly, instead of taking all this stress on yourself, why not just let them deal with their own shame?
Oh my gosh, Re nata—I honestly think I’d have a total nervous breakdown if I were in your shoes... there really isn't any other way to handle this than just locking the door and staying inside, or maybe having your husband sit them down for a serious heart-to-heart...

I mean, it doesn't bother me *that* much, though... mostly it just makes me want to laugh at how ridiculous they're being. 😁

And besides looking way younger than my actual age—like, significantly younger—I get treated like some sort of "poor little thing" whenever I'm out walking my two-year-old, especially since I'm showing quite a bit. 😁 Then comes the barrage of nosy questions about what we were thinking! 😕
Why is it considered so "abnormal" for people to simply want to have two kids close together in age? 😕
Honestly, I am still shaking from how much some absolute moron pissed me off today. This guy was driving toward the parking garage near the Atlantic Ocean—I don't even know the exact name of the street—and the entrance to the garage is right over the pedestrian crosswalk. He missed me by literally an inch! And instead of apologizing? He stops right next to me, waving his hands and shouting profanities at me like he owns the damn place. My heart was pounding in my throat—seriously, I felt sick to my stomach—and then, just as I finally tried to walk past him, he guns it right in front of me 😲. It’s honestly infuriating when you run into these total Neanderthals who think they're the kings of the universe. 😠😠
And as if that wasn't enough to ruin my day, I had to deal with this incredibly clueless woman trying to park next to our assigned spot in front of the building (which, mind you, we pay for and have a dedicated space for!). She parked so poorly that it took me ten whole minutes of maneuvering just to squeeze into my own spot, all while she just stood there by her car, watching me struggle with this smug little look on her face. I wanted to let her have it—just go off on her for everything she stands for—but I just didn't have the energy to get into a screaming match. A simple "sorry" would have gone a long way, but nope. She either takes up someone else's space or parks like a complete idiot 😠

Ugh, those primitive stereotypes—firstly, because "he's a boy"—I don't even want to go there...
It honestly drives me insane when I think back to how someone once told me we absolutely had to throw this massive, over-the-top baptism party just because he’s a boy 😠😠😠😠😠

But you know what? In one ear and out the other—I am really not going to waste my energy stressing over such backward thinking 😁

On a completely different note, I am so frustrated right now because I can't stop snacking—I am literally just eating everything in sight and I can't seem to find any willpower 🙂
Sometimes I catch myself spiraling into these thoughts about how I ended up with "just" a bachelor's degree—and honestly, there are moments where I feel this wave of regret, wondering why I didn't push through for a Master's or even a PhD. But then, right on cue, I stop and ask myself... what would have actually been the point?

I mean, at the end of the day, my main priority is raising my two kids and making sure they grow up with the right values and a solid foundation, isn't it? Beyond that, whenever I feel a spark of curiosity, I just dive in—I'll pick up a book, sign up for a language course, or just tinker around with whatever catches my eye. It all happens organically when the mood strikes. Really, if you have the drive, you never stop learning, and you definitely don't need a fancy piece of paper from a university to prove you're growing. 😉
