The movie was honestly pretty mediocre... I was really hoping for something more, but I ended up feeling let down. It’s just too predictable—the acting didn't quite hit the mark either. I have to agree with John Peterson3 on this one... though, I will say, Kate Beckinsale is such a knockout, it's actually hard to believe. Ugh, overall, I'd give it a 4/10.

Out of all those heavy hitter matchups, I’ve settled on these two... Howard is playing so well right now—he's just physically imposing and dominates everything near the rim. Even the home team is going to have a hell of a time slowing him down. His verticality isn't his strongest suit, though—he's definitely among the lower tier when it comes to jumping—so I’m expecting at least 5 or 6 offensive rebounds from him. As for my second pick, I'm going with the Lakers over the Pistons. They just seem to have more depth and talent on paper, especially with Kobe coming off that All-Star break looking sharp. Plus, having Bynum & Gasol working the paint gives them such a massive advantage inside... I really think the Lakers pull this one out by more than 5 points.

So, here’s where my head is at—I actually find myself agreeing with a lot of people regarding the Nuggets. I caught them playing against the Spurs yesterday, and man, they look formidable. Their transition game is really clicking; the ball moves fast, and they’re constantly looking for the open man...
I honestly don't see how that young Sacramento squad can hold their own against Denver. On the other hand, Orlando and Portland seem to be in a completely different league compared to whoever they're facing tonight—it's just a mismatch. As for Chicago, I’ve got a bit of a soft spot for Rose, so I’m pulling for them, but even if you look at it objectively, they're better than that Indiana team. Rose is—as Americans would say—on fire right now, and I wouldn't be surprised if he pushes toward 30 points... Also, keep an eye on Oklahoma; their offense looks intense. That duo of Durant & Westbrook is basically an unstoppable machine...
