Stop throwing away your kitchen "waste in Food & Drink ·
I’ve been trying to get better at using every single scrap from my meal prep lately, especially those leftover liquids sitting at the bottom of cheese containers. It feels like such a waste to just rinse them down the drain when they clearly have so much flavor profile left in them. Has anyone else found a clever way to use up liquid byproducts from making food at home?

I suggest searching online for the complete driver and software package...

I wouldn't go down that rabbit hole; I doubt that's even the issue.

🤷

Didn't you get the software on the printer's disc that lets you check your remaining ink levels?

I can't quite remember, it's pretty old.

If anyone else has any ideas, let me know.

Additionally, I’ve already tried restarting the print spooler, my PC, the printer, and pretty much everything else you can reboot.

It could be an issue with the ink levels, but I can't actually tell how much is left—or more importantly, how much is missing. Though, honestly, that shouldn't really be the culprit since it used to print even when I was out of ink, even if it just spit out a blank sheet.

In what specific way is it failing to respond?

Alright, here's the deal: I have a Canon Pixma printer. It was working fine until recently, but now it's just completely unresponsive.

All the cables are fine, I haven't touched any settings, and the power is on.
The troubleshooter claims everything is fine, and my PC recognizes the printer (it even shows a green checkmark next to it under Devices and Printers). When I try to print something, the "What's printing" window shows the job is there, but nothing actually happens.

1. Where can I check how much ink is left? (Canon Pixma, Windows 7)
Ideally, could someone give me a step-by-step guide?

2. What else could be causing this?
