Reallocating my life energy...!! in Spirituality ·
Joseph Cook7 said:You're definitely on the right track—our biggest issue is that this world drains every bit of our energy, leaving us with nothing left to tap into anything beyond this realm. We've gotta start being stingy with our energy and cut out all the useless leaks. One of the massive energy hogs is this ego thing—it forces us to spend our whole lives trying to prove ourselves, act important, or climb some meaningless social ladder. If we could just stop that senseless drain, that energy would naturally pivot toward the unknown, letting us push the boundaries of our perception way further. One milestone would be reaching the "doppelgänger point," which basically lets you pull off bilocation—you know, existing in two different places at once...

The magic happens when you adopt a certain attitude: "I don't care"—not out of apathy, but through a genuine nonchalance and a simple way of living where we stop clinging to everything around us and instead anchor ourselves within our own internal silence. 🙂

It’s incredibly draining to constantly tilt at windmills, trying to prove your worth, your intellect, or your competence to everyone and everything, acting as an endless perfectionist just to meet someone else's expectations... 😢 It creates too much systemic tension.

I know it all too well (both the struggle and the stillness)... The mental warfare still dominates my thoughts 🙂 and there's plenty of chatter 🙂 (ego 😁), but I am working on it... 🥳 Every day, in every sense, I am learning to let go more and more... 😁

Help! 😍

That’s an incredible dream—take it as a sign from the spirit and grab that tiny window of opportunity while it's there.😉

I tend to take my dreams quite seriously, experiencing them with the same weight and intensity as my waking life... They feel full of purpose and genuine vitality. In my mind, there isn't really a distinction between what happens while I sleep and what happens when I'm awake; they both hold equal value... 🙂

Well, someone has to get the ball rolling somewhere! 😁

For the record, while those blue angels are great—I'm not filing reports with the cops, just stacking books on my shelf. 😛

As for getting started, I have... and since we're talking beginnings, my core philosophy is simply that everything is energy, so I start by trying to understand both the world and myself, building my knowledge of the metaphysical and the physical simultaneously... 🙂 I suspect true wisdom remains out of reach if one doesn't establish the right foundations, much like anything else worth doing in this life.

I find myself fascinated by energy in every sense of the word. It’s hard to put into words... it’s an endless expanse, all the timelessness and everything, everything... 😍

Joseph Cook7 said:Look, the core of the Toltec view is pretty simple—this world isn't actually what our senses tell us it is. It’s more like this massive field of unique energy covering everything, and honestly, you can't even look at it directly for long without feeling overwhelmedand that energy? It’s fully conscious. Basically, we’re just tiny fragments of that energy trapped inside an energetic egg. Inside that egg, there’s this little light called the focal point, which handles how we perceive stuff. When that focal point hits certain energy radiations nearby, they automatically trigger the same kind of radiation outside the egg, and that’s how we "see" the world. It’s what’s known as centering Eagle radiations on a grand scale. Our little focal point only lights up a tiny fraction of those Eagle radiations, and that small slice is all the "world" we ever experience. Within the egg—which represents our true nature—the Toltec wisdom suggests we could actually pull together over two hundred different worlds, some similar to this one and some totally alien. But most people? They just spend their whole lives lighting up this one single reality and pass away without ever realizing they had the capacity to inhabit so many others...

A few essential concepts would include: energy (everything is energy—emotions, the physical, the metaphysical...), the senses (and the deception inherent in them, since we rely on sight and sound when we are really only catching a mere fraction of reality due to our low energy levels...), the illusion of the material world, perception, consciousness, Truth...

Are there any other key terms or concepts an expert might offer, perhaps with a brief explanation...

The book mentions how movements shouldn't turn into habits or rituals—you know, like doing the exact same motions at 8:00 AM every single day. If they become habits, you lose the essence; it’s not just about the physical movement, but everything else too, because then it just turns into a mindless reflex.🙂

Anyway, go cut through the brush, enjoy yourself, merge with nature, and lean into the support of the earth and all the consciousness within it. Honestly, I can't go a single day without being in the woods. I had this crazy idea once about digging out a little cave deep in the forest, far away from everyone, just to sit there and do recapitulations.

Well, you've already started,😉 so now just get to the actual practice... your inner voice pretty much told you to write this post anyway, didn't it?😉

I've been playing around with the "magic" side of things for years, but it wasn't until last year that I actually started practicing Tensegrity—once I cleared out some energetic blockages and redirected that flow into specific exercises. Right now, I combine about 15 to 30 minutes of recapitulation followed by the 1/13 series.
For now, I'm sticking strictly to 1/13 since I'm not ready for anything more advanced yet. I still haven't quite figured out the proper way to do that first series—it doesn't feel fluid, but I'm getting there.

👍

😘

Regarding my walks through the woods, I feel so centered in those moments that sometimes I just want to stay there forever, lying on the leaves and merging with the ground, the air, and the sky—nature is so profoundly calming and relaxing that it feels like 🙏...

Nature definitely possesses that capacity to recharge your energy; I truly believe that returning to nature and to what is natural (the Truth) is the real way to find yourself again, to work with energy, and to do the inner work...

I've also noticed that the whole point is quieting the internal dialogue—silencing the mind. Sometimes I'll go for a run instead of a walk, and I feel just as incredible—the key is silencing the mind. I just follow whatever internal feeling tells me what I need in that moment...

When my mind is obsessed with thoughts, no matter what I'm doing, it doesn't feel right; it just feels heavy, meaningless, and chaotic...

The goal is to silence the thoughts, to simply exist in Nowhere. Awareness. That is the gateway to energy. It *is* the energy...

That's how I've come to understand things...

And for those of you who know more (Joseph Cook7 & Inside Silence), please correct me if I'm wrong; feel free to share—I'm listening and absorbing, trying to grasp everything related to energy (essentially, everything 😁)...

P.S.
@ Inside Silence - great handle 👍

I’m with you on the whole excess energy thing. Zachary Cook2 mentioned how much more vibrant life feels when you have that extra surge... I've always taken excess energy to mean simply having enough vitality to actually experience life at full throttle—enough juice to truly grasp existence, its purpose, and its underlying rhythms...

Regarding those books my brother spent so much effort trying to recommend to me—the titles aren't coming to mind right now 😁—so I suppose I'll just have to dive into everything by Castaneda... 🙂
Reallocating my life energy...!! in Spirituality ·
Coincidence or fate? About two years ago, I asked for a certain Castaneda book for my birthday, and it actually arrived (a lovely surprise 🙂). It looks quite striking on my bookshelf alongside my other favorites. 😁
I’ll be honest, I struggle to commit to specific rituals because anything that feels repetitive or monotonous just drains me... but tensegrity seems different—it feels doable, engaging, efficient, useful...
Lately, my focus has been on walking through the woods and finding those moments of mental stillness by grounding myself in the NOW, regardless of what I'm doing... But if you're asking whether these magical movements appeal to me—yes, they do!
Everything in its own time; that's the golden rule. I have a personal rhythm that I won't fight, nor do I want to. Still, these are energetic exercises, and energy is meant to move, accelerate, and ease things along... So, where does that leave me? Should I just dive straight into tensegrity, or wait for that intuitive nudge, for some sense of internal readiness? 🤔 🤣 I'm half-joking, half-serious here. 😁

I truly believe that any method used to boost energy levels and improve flow—and, more importantly, how we handle that energy—is absolutely essential in an age defined by such chronic burnout. 👍

For those of you who already practice these magical movements, how did you get started? Any advice drawn from actual experience rather than just what's printed in the books... something interesting or unconventional... 🙂
Go ahead, share whatever comes to mind regarding tensegrity—I'm listening... 🍿
Zachary Cook2 said:On shamanism—there’s this great book that dives into the concept of the doppelgänger and all that knowledge...
http://www.idownloadaccess.com/check...a+download+pdf

Just saw your response—thanks... 🙂

I read that exact book about a year or two ago. It was quite interesting...
There’s a certain weight to what Castaneda writes... a sense that there is deep truth and genuine meaning woven through his books...
I’ve always found Carlos Castaneda to be an intriguing figure, partly because about six months ago, I had this dream where my brother, Karl, told me that Castaneda was actually worth checking out. He recommended two of his books—I can't quite recall the titles right now—but he insisted they were essential reading... My brother passed away early last year at just sixteen, taken by some senseless accident that happened so fast it left us all reeling. Now that he's gone from this physical world, everyone talks about him like he was an angel, which wasn't far from the truth; he was such a bright, curious kid with so much potential ahead of him... R. I. P. Karl...
My apologies... I was a bit off... I drifted away from the main topic......

I find myself trusting you, Zachary Cook2, and I truly value your perspective... 👍
I wish people like you would speak up more often on this forum and actually share some of that knowledge and perspective with the rest of us... 🙂 Still, on the other hand—I get where you're coming from... 😉

Zachary Cook2 As specified by Morgan King77...
If only readers actually had the grit to grasp what Don Huan was saying... we might be living in a literal paradise right now...

Life just feels more vibrant when you have that extra surge of energy, more complete...

The whole thing about energy... it’s just... 🙏Well put. That energy... ah, that energy...

It’s truly remarkable how much people struggle to grasp what’s staring them right in the face... 🙄 We’re all such strange creatures, aren't we... everyone perceives things through their own unique lens, grasping just as much or as little as they can, but I find those driven by an intense, restless need to be particularly fascinating... I don't have much to add here... just observing the patterns as they unfold... It all comes down to anything that doesn't fit within their rigid, cookie-cutter mental frameworks... simply because they lack the capacity to grasp it...
A message to the "wise guys": for heaven's sake, just open your minds and open your eyes...

Energy is everything—past, present, and future. Whether anyone actually cares about that or not... ☕

Without energy at the core of the system, everything becomes difficult to grasp, which makes it easy to see why some people struggle to understand... and why others find themselves denied any real sense of tolerance... 😁
Zachary Cook2 said:Exactly!

You could potentially take your energetic double and turn it into a material one—basically being in two places at once. The catch? That new version could never be quite as "dense" as your actual physical body, because—as mentioned—that takes a massive surge of energy. But it could be, say, 90% as real as the original here in the physical realm, effectively letting you exist in two spots simultaneously.

And I’m not just throwing out some half-baked theory or rambling aimlessly...

It's a long story involving high-level art, deep knowledge, and serious skill. You can't just wing this...

👍

Please, give us a few pointers on what you actually mean.

Are you referring to shamans, Hermeticism, or perhaps...🤔
