Tell me about it... Women always have to have something to say, don't they? And it’s usually some absolute horror story, either something that actually happened to them or just some random piece of gossip they heard. It drives me nuts! One minute you're just asking a simple question about weight, and the next, they're judging you from head to toe based on whether you gained or lost a few pounds. Unbelievable.

Thanks 🙂 is the fan shop down there?
Emergency call!
Does anyone know which girls I should reach out to if I want to get some photos taken over at Poljud Restaurant....!?

Check out D-art studio over in San Francisco. Their Facebook page is actually legit, you should take a look. 😉

Thomas Scott5 said:Jabucica, I honestly have no idea what you mean by poor resolution. They provide two different versions. One is a web-optimized version for easy sharing online, and the other is full resolution, which you get on a Microsoft drive. I'm really not sure where you're getting that info. As for being popular, it's because Papaya actually takes great shots. Whether their style matches yours or what you're looking for is a whole different story. You just have to know which photographers to pick for traditional shots versus a specific artistic style. But that's a completely different conversation.

Alright, alright, take a chill pill! 😛 Maybe I was being a bit too dramatic about the resolution thing. I was thinking about the actual wedding album and the photo book—you know, the physical prints on paper, not some file on a Microsoft drive or something you view on a computer or the internet. That's where I meant the image quality felt off... you get me?! I never said their photos were garbage or anything, I didn't. I just meant that while the photos looked good online, they didn't hit the mark for me in person, and that's why I wouldn't have picked them. So... stay cool.😉

Yeah, exactly... that’s precisely why I gave up on them. Plus, the print quality is usually garbage—everything comes out looking pixelated and grainy, like a bunch of tiny little dots. Honestly, I don't get how they even stay in business like this, especially since they aren't exactly cheap either...

I heard through the grapevine that with Papati, the photo selection at the end can be a total mess. Like, you open your album and it’s just a bunch of random strangers instead of your actual inner circle, and the quality? Honestly, questionable... hm... 🙄 I saw some of their shots online too, and they looked pretty terrible to me. So, I've officially ruled them out. Now I'm stuck choosing between Bonacic, MegaGraph, or California... help me out here! 😳
Check out D-art studio over on 3rd Street. I’m not 100% sure what they charge for haircuts, but I’ve got a few friends who go there, and they swear by them. Honestly, I get my highlights done there myself and the results are killer. They have a Facebook page if you want to scope out their work. 🙂

Do we both actually need to show up for the engagement party?! Or can we just handle the registration together on day one and then I'll just head out on my own later...

Look, Jessie, Jessy bend is more of a rock outfit. They aren't bad if you're into that vibe, but they go for about $2,000. I heard Best Buy—well, the band by that name—perform once ages ago; they’re fine, just a bit too much of a wedding band style for my taste. Personally? Twist Off is hands down the best of the bunch. They run a tight ship, keep the energy up without those awkward, long breaks, and play everything. Plus, they're super approachable and easygoing. 😁 I actually wanted to book them for my own party, but unfortunately, I can't make it happen. 😢 I think they're sitting around $1,600...

I’m planning on grabbing some catering there for the rehearsal dinner before the wedding. I haven't actually gone in to confirm yet, but fingers crossed it’s included in the package😁... My parents went to the catering event there last September and they absolutely loved it. Seriously, the food, the staff—everything was spot on.... 🙂So, yeah, hopefully that helps at least a little bit... 🙂

You can't miss the NIRS building. When you're hitting the highway heading out toward San Diego, just before you pass that gas station on the right... there's this massive structure right there, and it’s got NIRS plastered all over it in huge blue letters.

Thomas Scott5, I think they might have some at Nirsa... my ex-fiancée used to pick hers up there, says they’re the cheapest around. 🙂

Hey ladies, does anyone happen to know what the rates are over at Matić for photo and video? Please, please let me know! 😳

Oh, that’s awesome 😁
Any idea what the damage is on the price tag? If you know, let me know... thanks 😁

How much are they even charging?! And do they actually have any women on staff? Seems unlikely to me...

The standard menu was fine—classic, really—but man, everything tasted incredible... If I were you, though, I’d definitely go with Sky, especially if you're planning on hitting the coast this summer... It’s just a vibe. 🙂

Joshua Perez122 said:So, I just got off the phone with Sky and checked out a few other halls and restaurants a bit ago. Prices seem to be hovering somewhere between $45 and $50... I mean, I can definitely keep calling them myself, but honestly, I’m more interested in hearing from people who have actually been there for weddings..
I reached out to
Aria
Bolero
Sky
Velum
And Kadena—they said they can fit about 120 people there.

If any of you know anything at all, could you maybe write a few words about each place?..
Or if you have a recommendation, let me know!

Arija—personally? I wasn't feeling the vibe of that hall. Was at a wedding there once. Food was fine, nothing to write home about...
Bolero—even worse in my book. The hall is terrible. Ceilings are way too low.
Sky—loved it. The food, the cocktails, the pool, the atmosphere... everything was spot on.
Velum—never been, but looks great in photos. Though I doubt they can handle a huge crowd... A friend of mine was at a wedding there and she wasn't exactly blown away. :/
Have you checked out Castello in Kaštela?? They've got two halls, one small and one large, plus plenty of parking out front. I've been to two weddings there and had a blast. The hall itself is gorgeous. 👍 Can that second one hold more than 250 people?

Moooooliiiim??? Seriously, that is way too much... 😲 😲 uf....that is just overkill.... Drop the number down a bit and join the pirates too, haha 😛 😁 And what about the pool at the Joker? It’ll still be gorgeous up there by the pools, and since you'll probably find the weather nice and warm, you can just chill outside...

Ugh, I can't even decide honestly though, picking between these two is basically impossible because they're both stunning... so just tell me which one hits harder for you 😁 anyway, once you guys get your hands on some gear, is everything set or what...?!
