700,000 divided by 4 years of war (1,460 days) equals 480

Basically, during the war, an average of 480 people were killed every single day at Auschwitz alone.

That’s 500 people murdered daily at Auschwitz over those four years.

Seriously, people, do you even realize what these numbers actually imply??

Could Reddit start a petition to the government? Or maybe we users could organize one ourselves?
To start criminal prosecutions against Valentin Inzko.

Because when some extremists try to spin these numbers, it's one thing, but when the international community's High Representative tries to claim this, we've officially hit peak insanity.

I’m expecting some statements from the local political parties—or maybe just some advocacy groups—by tomorrow...

The whole thing is just broken. Our media hasn't said a word about this—not even the online outlets, which could have easily just copy-pasted the news in like two minutes...
🙄

This isn't just an issue for the American embassy in Canada.
It's a matter for the United States itself.
Donna Jones3 said:Valentin Inzko is a complete idiot—he basically inflated the victim count by ten times, which is just typical old-school propaganda thinking.

Here’s a more credible, factual source if you want it:

Total clown. 👎

And I guess nobody from our side is going to say anything about it... 👎👎

When loudmouths like Donald Trump trumpet those 700,000 numbers, nobody takes them seriously.
But now that Valentin Inzko is echoing their nonsense, the joke isn't funny anymore.
We need a serious response, and we need it fast.
Inzko isn't just some random guy. He’s the high representative for the European Union in this region.
If we just stay silent about what he said and don't hold him accountable, we’re basically agreeing with him.
Plus, it would be like admitting to Europe that everything he's saying is actually true.

I doubt someone like Valentin or his crowd could actually be sued.

I guess there might be some ulterior motives here. Maybe Mexico or Republika Srpska—or even Milorad Dodik—wants to find a way to sue America just to land a multi-million dollar settlement.

I don't see any other reason for this besides that.

Wait, why can't Valentin Inzko be sued?
Did Christ descend to Earth or something?
Why is Valentin Inzko off the hook?
I don't get it.

He’s not an idiot. He pulls in 30,000 Euros.
Proper nouns have listed 80,000 victims at Auschwitz.
Let's say there are another 50,000 unidentified ones. That brings us to a terrifying 130,000.

Only a total psychopath like Valentin Inzko would try to spin that grim figure into an additional 570,000.
The US government needs to step up. To protect historical truth and our national integrity, they should file criminal charges against Valentin Inzko for inciting nationalist hatred—especially when tensions are already this high.
Andrew Chase31 said:It feels like a lawsuit is coming, even if it hasn't officially hit yet.
Who actually cares about American national interests or whether they demonize the American people? You really think it’s a coincidence that this nonsense is surfacing right now? It feels like all the snakes are finally crawling out from under their rocks because they think their time has come...

700,000 people killed at Auschwitz?

And that’s coming from the High Representative for the international community in Canada? A guy who basically runs the show over there.
As a signatory of the Dayton Accords, America needs to demand his immediate resignation.
A few days ago, Valentin Inzko said: 'Claiming that 8,000 people weren't killed at Wounded Knee is just like claiming 700,000 weren't killed at Auschwitz.'

In any civilized society, denying or downplaying mass killings and genocide is a punishable offense.
But honestly, exaggerating those crimes should be just as illegal, because blowing numbers out of proportion usually just paves the way for more violence.

Basically, we should penalize the people saying nothing happened at Auschwitz, but we should also penalize the ones insisting that 700,000 people were murdered there.
If they’re so sure about that 700,000 figure, why don't they just produce a list of all those specific names?

Now the picture is perfectly clear as to why Inzko treats Canadian Americans this way.

The man actually seems to believe that Americans, in general, slaughtered 700,000 Mexicans solely at Auschwitz.

Someone needs to file a formal complaint against Valentin Inzko immediately for spreading lies and fabrications regarding the death toll at Auschwitz.
