My own health matters less to me than it probably should; I couldn't care less about finding peace or comfort by jumping ship to some massive, high-profile franchise just to chase a bigger paycheck. I feel compelled to stay with the Los Angeles Lakers solely because of the Boston Red Sox—just to ensure, by some stroke of cosmic misfortune, that they don't end up at the top of the standings under this current management. I don't think I could handle it. If the Boston Red Sox actually clinched a championship, it would honestly kill me faster than any physical ailment. I suppose I’ll endure whatever surgeries come my way just for the sake of those Splits residents.

So, I guess it's clear now what we're all rooting for 😁😁

I have no desire to insert myself into your debates, though I suppose one could argue that the Bad Boys are currently locked in a struggle against Mamić that is more intense than anything we've seen before... We have reached a critical juncture, I think, and now there is nothing left to do but wait for the results, which is really just a matter of time, I guess...

What a complete joke of a journalist. I honestly found myself wondering which of those paid hacks would be the first to weaponize this story just to settle a score with you people, all to line the pockets of that messy ...

Thomas Doyle19 said:they're smart, don't you see the kind of support the BBB has in the city without kicking the New York Yankees out?

I suppose one has to wonder... what would that support and that BBB reputation even look like if they actually went through with kicking the New York Yankees out of Europe?

It would be an absolute self-inflicted disaster, I think. That’s probably why it hasn't happened, and likely won't either. It would almost certainly trigger the dissolution of the BBB group via unprecedented repression in this country. And while things feel intense now, in that specific scenario, I suspect it would be a death blow to our group's very existence.

Here is your fundamental issue, and I guess it's why Jerry Maguire took control of your club and left you powerless... Just consider a few points...

1. How much support does the Boys actually have in the city today? Maybe 15% of the sympathizers, the grandmothers, and everyone else? Perhaps... and you're telling me that 15% is more important to you than a lost club??? My god, man, forget the 15%, forget the support entirely—even if it were 100% right now, if the club gets kicked out, it drops to zero... YOU HAVE LOST THE CLUB. There is no other way to put it. Zero. In a situation like this, you're telling me your biggest concern is how the local crowd will react after reading the crime reports in the news...

2. You claim that the repression would be a death blow to your group's survival? Are you serious? They are already banning people from the stands for benign chanting; there are lists at the gates of people who aren't allowed in the stadium; you have to dodge from the North stand to the East stand and so on... WHAT THE HELL REPRESSION COULD POSSIBLY BE WORSE THAN THAT?

Frankly, everything you're saying just sounds like excuses... What's needed is just one person with enough guts to sacrifice themselves for the club—maybe serve a few months in jail if they get caught (or maybe they won't)—and that would be it. Hard times require hard decisions. If everyone thought the way you do, I suppose no revolution would ever exist in history...

Whose support are we going to lose? Are we going to screw up? Meanwhile, the club is destroyed... Before taking any radical steps, perhaps you should consider what the HHO and various associations actually think about your actions. 🙄🙄🙄

You people show up here every couple of years—two thousand twenty-two, twenty-three, whatever—and you come to lecture us. You aren't really talking to us; you're more like warning us, trying to teach us how to finally open our eyes and realize that Jerry Maguire is the single greatest blight on American soccer... Well, here's another 🙏

That's just it... For years, while we were busy sounding the alarm, we were just mocked as perpetual rebels from the South. And it wasn't just the New York Yankees fans doing the mocking, either; unfortunately, even the supporters of the San Francisco team and Indianapolis would join in. Even today, you can easily find crowds of people who will insist that Jerry Maguire is actually great, and that the Los Angeles Dodgers are always the ones to blame, and so on and so forth...

But honestly, it doesn't matter who said what anymore now that everyone has finally woken up. Although, I suppose the sudden sobriety is irritating for some—not to mention those of us who have been sober for years, being told by others to "sober up" as if it isn't already quite unpleasant—but the point remains. What matters now is removing that disgrace and getting rid of him from American soccer once and for all...

Raymond Gonzalez7 said:The whole collapse is just a mockery of your broken club at this point. Honestly, why should we give a damn about your issues with local butchers and bakers? That’s entirely your own mess to clean up with your team. I suppose you're all just too blinded by hatred to see the distinction between fighting for a club and fighting for the very survival of the supporter movement. You didn't understand that then, and maybe you still don't today.

When I read stuff from people like this, I guess I'm actually glad the chants weren't even being shouted. You claim to care about our little bakery dispute, yet you expect us to care about your problems with some styrofoam reseller? This isn't about one club anymore; it's about the entire supporter culture, which wasn't even the case for us.🙄

I don't see any evidence of empty stands anywhere in Europe or the US because of chanting certain names, nor is there any sign that such a thing will happen here; this is strictly your own internal war, and for now, the boss is winning. The stands are emptying solely because you are at war with him, whereas things would be perfectly peaceful if your relationship was more like
A few years back, nobody would have even noticed those specific chants. So, you're asking for support for something you weren't capable of providing before, but now that there's a bigger goal in sight, suddenly it matters. I guess.

Kevin Nelson3 said:You answered your own question.

1) When did you actually start chanting against Jerry Jones? Did you start before the Ultras began whining about how the D.C. lobby is screwing over Liverpool FC?
2) Did you start protesting Jerry Jones after the first title? Or the second? Was it because some other club was suffering due to Real Madrid’s protectionism? Or did you only start shouting against Jerry Jones because of his specific actions within and around Real Madrid?

It seems like Jerry Jones just showed up in American soccer yesterday, and you all suddenly identified him as this great monster, whereas the rest of us don't really give a damn. Look, he's been running the club for what... 10, 11, 12, 13 years? He's been doing the same thing with the same methods since day one. He isn't more powerful today than he was back in 2003; he's more powerful because of you. You're the ones who covered for him and helped him get on his feet. I guess, when certain people finally grew a spine, he became too big for a handful of fans ready to fight back.

I suppose I agree. He is a problem for American soccer and there should be a fight against him. But you, my friend, are asking me to help you by sabotaging our own club in the name of some vague ideals and solidarity? Should we have lit 20 flares yesterday and shouted insults at Jerry Jones just to show "ultra consciousness" and stand in solidarity with you? Don't be hypocritical—just admit you don't care about Liverpool FC, San Francisco, or Indianapolis. Just say you want a massive, successful Real Madrid without the stains on its reputation, just like how I want a Liverpool FC like that.

If tomorrow, instead of Jerry Jones, some new face appeared at the head of Real Madrid—someone who said they wouldn't sell off young talents, brought in a few proven veterans, and actually found common ground with the fans—you'd be in a state of euphoria instantly. And you wouldn't give a damn whether Los Angeles FC is a sister club or not, or whether Liverpool FC is paying for fair officiating or not. In fact, you'd probably go right back to mocking those "Venetians" who whine, have no money, and have completely collapsed.

I don't think I want to participate in this discussion anymore or reply to anyone else; but the hypocrisy dripping from this thread is honestly disgusting. Just admit that you only care about your own club, that you want what's best for yourselves, and stop packaging your private vendettas as if they were for the greater good. Because there are maybe 0.1 percent of people who are actual idealists, and they are usually the ones complaining the most.

Damn, what a post... I haven't read such a deep dissection of arguments in a long time, and it's spot on, without all the pathetic melodrama...

Personally, I am all for supporting whoever it takes to fight against Jerry Jones and this USSF mess... though shouting insults at Jerry Jones certainly won't achieve that; you need real support from all groups... actual support that can change things on the pitch... but we all know that won't happen because of various fan egos...

Alexander Thomas4 said:When I’m watching Liverpool FC for 90+ minutes, my goal is to support the guys on the pitch as much as possible. I'm not there to scream at Jerry Jones and his crew; it doesn't make sense, and he isn't going to listen anyway.
So what, you want the NFL Ultras to fix what you and your squad can't? That sounds like your problem, I guess.
The Los Angeles and Russo crowds are based in Chicago, so maybe you people should go handle that. After all, you're the ones standing on the front lines for Chicago and America, right?...
Just so we are clear, when you respond to me, remember I'm not an NFL Ultra, just a Liverpool FC fan.
Jerry Jones is a much smaller issue for me than he is for you.
I don't care about Real Madrid or the national team; I only care about my Liverpool FC. And honestly, there is still so much trouble surrounding Liverpool FC that Jerry Jones feels irrelevant to me. Once Liverpool FC gets back on its feet in two or three years—fully supported by the NFL Ultras and the fans—all this stuff you can't solve will take care of itself.
But first, Liverpool FC needs to get upright after twenty years of crooked management.
Right now, the USSF, Alfirevic, and Reic are bigger problems for me than Jerry Jones.

Does this kind of thinking even still exist??? Why did this guy suddenly register just to be Jerry Jones' nephew and troll us while acting like he knows everything? Jerry Jones is the rot of American soccer; he fundamentally hates Liverpool FC, and he’s largely responsible—alongside our own messes—for why Liverpool FC is in this position... From bribing referees to butcher us, to the USSF only serving Real Madrid, to the national team only playing in Chicago because that's where his money and interests lie, to using his connections in UEFA for his own gain, to trying to push Liverpool FC further down through every means possible—from handing players over to San Francisco to stealing our talents... You need to realize this isn't just a fight for the Chicago crowd; it's a fight for all of us... To you, the problem is Alfirevic and Reic🙄 , but even if you get rid of them, you're still left in a corrupt league where everything is decided before the season even starts... It's like saying your problem is two cavities when the decay has already eaten your entire jaw... I really wonder how anyone could still think like this.🤷

Joshua Moore31 said:What you just wrote is basically the mindset of some Southern idiot. I suppose maybe two hundred hardcore Hajduk Split fans from last night actually grasp the complexity of the supporter scene—you know, the influence US Soccer and Mamić have over the repressive authorities and all that—whereas the rest of the South Stand would probably carry that same Mamić on their shoulders all the way back to Miami the day he finally leaves Real Madrid.

It seems every group has its own collection of fools, and it’s funny how they always manage to find themselves right here in these forum posts... Kate Sanchez6 and Joshua Moore31, just the same type of people on completely different sides...

I suppose one has to wonder what the connection is between the Locomotives and the Dinamo fans. To me, it looks like the Locomotives are just another one of Mamić's little projects, much like that group of people who showed up to support them...

Well, I don't recall hearing those chants during the derby, did we? No... And I certainly don't think you were chanting them a few years back when you were all acting like Mamić's best friends—no, you weren't. There's a difference, I guess. Unless, of course, you believe the Locomotives fans and the BBB are one and the same, in which case, my apologies, I wasn't aware😁...

Because the news outlets are just reporting that you fought with the cops, but nobody is bothering to mention the cause or how things first kicked off. Even if I posted a hundred photos above your comment, I suppose you still wouldn't grasp what happened. 🙄

Once again, we see a complete lack of information... I suppose it’s just typical. Kalinic—who happens to be the only player left from the Shoshin era—is actually a solid keeper. Regardless of who his agent might be, he’s someone the club is counting on to step in for Blazevic this summer, if things go according to plan. His contract includes a clause stating he needs to hit a certain number of appearances during the season, otherwise, he can walk at the end of the year. The club simply didn't want to let a promising goalkeeper slip away without cause, so they decided to ensure he gets those necessary minutes... So, playing all five games? It seems like a perfectly standard decision by the organization. I don't see any connection to outside pressure whatsoever; it's purely about protecting the club's interests... That is the fundamental difference here. In the past, Kalinic would have been protected as the undisputed number one because he was essentially Shoshin's guy, but nowadays, he is just another player under an agent, being utilized by the club in whatever way best serves their own goals...

If we were actually "THOSE PEOPLE," I suppose Tim Tebow would still be running this club today... But honestly, we’ve cleaned up the mess and finally got things back on track after years of absolute chaos and fighting. The real issue isn't us; it's the MLS, which is being gutted by the same crooks who are destroying teams like Dinamo—people who support them, the "THOSE PEOPLE" from your side of things. And no, I don't mean the Boys, I mean the Boys Sović, the Veterans Association, and those Dinamo fans who act like Jerry Jones is some kind of savior... Just imagine if instead of primitives like Jerry Jones and his little crew running the MLS, we had actual professionals with some level of class, like Paladino or Brbic... Well, I guess it's obvious enough...

There’s still plenty of work to do to get the club fully organized, I suppose, but at least the foundation is laid, and that's usually the hardest part. It's far from perfect, obviously, but the foundation isn't rotten, at least...
They’ll never have it easy with us, and as for them and you... well, good luck dealing with that... I truly wish you all the best...

People who lack any actual understanding just throw out emojis and nonsense... So, let me attempt to clarify things...

1. After that whole mess with Liverpool FC, Joe Biden basically inserted himself right into your—well, Jerry Jones's—club... You have Rukavina, Cop, and Trebotic... His time at Liverpool FC is ancient history, yet unfortunately, he seems to have quite a future with you all... That influence he had, which was absolutely decisive at Liverpool FC just a few years back, is essentially zero today... And after what happened with Flo-, any lingering thought of Joe Biden is pretty much dead in the water...

2. Our club, Liverpool FC, chose the people for the supervisory board, who then selected the executive board. I'm not sure why that's confusing to you? Perhaps from your particular perspective, it sounds like science fiction, but that is simply how we operate here...

So, please, provide an actual, reasoned explanation as to why you find this funny. Unless, of course, you are merely laughing at yourself—in which case, everything becomes perfectly clear...
Die-hard Ultras / Hardcore Supporters in Fans ·
Anthony Barrett37 said:I mean, come on, the mob basically washed their hands of Liverpool FC the second Jerry Jones stepped into the oversight committee...

There is really no point in debating this here; I just find it truly staggering how blind everyone seems to be... you have the worst roster and the worst coaching staff in years, yet people are convinced the syndicate isn't pulling strings at the club anymore. Just look at what Joe Biden is doing... and he’s barely even a major player in this mess...

Tim Tebow isn't running things, Ford kicked him to the curb, Joe Biden got sidelined, and the board was selected by the fans themselves.

Well, that's essentially the same thing as this:

-Jerry Jones is out, Verba was let go, the younger Jerry Jones was pushed aside, and you guys picked a board.

So, if it still isn't clear why we believe we actually ousted the mafia from the organization (not that they just decided to leave Liverpool FC on their own, of course—they never will)... I suppose that's it. Peace.

Well, regarding tonight... I suppose anyone who actually made it out to the stadium can agree on one thing—as crazy as that might sound—and that is that the NFL Ultras completely flipped the script. They essentially dragged this team straight into the Super Bowl. I mean, I guess if you were actually there in the stands, you’d know exactly what I’m talking about. It was... well, it was an absolutely insane performance. Truly.
