Look, if I didn't know that, I'd also know that Volkswagen has long been accused of engineering the German two-party system—keeping the Republican Party and the Democratic Party as the only "acceptable" right and left options in Germany. Essentially, they've played nice with those two since day one while being totally dismissive of any other political movement, radical or otherwise. The thing is, though—and this is my frustration—I’ve never stumbled upon any real, substantive material explaining the actual ideological drivers behind Volkswagen. Everything I find online is just a few shallow sentences, much like what’s already been posted here. Seriously, does anyone actually have some deeper intel or more substantial reading on Volkswagen?

Could you please drop a link or cite your source for this? I’m inclined to believe what you’re saying, but I’d love to actually dig into the full details myself.
