To be honest, I’m not sure I want to either; I’ve already sent her two emails and she hasn't gotten back to me yet, so I suppose I'll just have to wait and see what she has to say about it...
Thanks, I already took a look at that, but I'm not so sure; the price seems a bit steep for what it is, especially if it doesn't end up gaining any momentum...🤷
It weighs somewhere around 18 to 22 pounds... They seem a bit anxious about whether I'll actually follow through, though I'm not entirely sure myself...🤷 They're insisting on shipping via USPS... and I'm honestly at a bit of a loss as to how to handle this...
I just sold a microwave, and the buyer wants me to ship it via Cash on Delivery, but I’m honestly a bit lost on how that actually works. I’ve never sent anything this way before, so I could really use some guidance on the procedure. How does the payment part work for me once it arrives? Since she isn't a member here on the forum, she requested this specific shipping method...

It might sound like a silly question, but since it's my first time handling a shipment like this, I’m feeling a little unsure about the logistics...🤷

Thanks...😉
Elizabeth Ortiz said:The exact same thing just happened to me... I sent off a small package last Monday and it only reached her today... After an entire week, and that was just shipping to Washington, D.C.! It’s unbelievable, but you can still hold out hope... 👍
Do you actually have the tracking confirmation? If the package doesn't end up in her hands—well, she might be better off waiting until tomorrow, and if it still hasn't arrived, just give her the tracking number so she can go check on it herself.

I have the confirmation in hand... We'll see if it shows up later today... I was also shipping something to Washington, D.C. myself...
I sent out a package to a girl this past Tuesday—so tomorrow marks a full week—and she’s telling me it still hasn't arrived... What’s the consensus here, do we think there's still a chance it'll show up, or has it likely vanished into thin air?

Everything else has been arriving right on schedule so far...
So, if a friend sent me money online yesterday from a different bank to mine, shouldn't that show up in my account by noon today? I can't see anything on my end, and even after stopping by the branch, the teller insisted it should have cleared already, yet there's still absolutely nothing to be found...

Whenever a clerk starts acting difficult, I simply ask them to process it as a standard parcel because it’s more convenient for me and aligns with how I usually handle my deliveries. Once I make that request, they invariably just treat the envelope as a package.

I might try that approach at a different USPS branch... Thanks...

Well, it sounds like I'm in the same boat then... There always seems to be some sort of excuse or technicality involved... Regardless, thanks for the insight.🙂
I'm looking to mail a piece of clothing, and I was wondering if putting it inside a large yellow envelope would cause the postal service to classify it as a package instead of just standard mail.
I stopped by the local bookstore today and picked up a few envelopes—one padded mailer, two small ones, and two large ones. It felt like a better deal than heading down to the Post Office, though I honestly can't remember their exact pricing since I’ve been shipping everything in cardboard boxes lately. I realized I was running low on my preferred packaging, so a quick trip for supplies was necessary...😢

You can grab them individually or just pick up a full pack if you want to stock up. Just thought I'd mention it for anyone interested...🙂

I've already had two customers reach out today saying they were charged more than what we originally agreed on, so I'm wondering what's going on here.😢

I dropped off a package earlier today and ended up paying about $12.70... which seems pretty much identical to what I’ve been paying the last few times.
I suppose I should recount my little encounter at the post office today... Honestly, I’m still not quite sure how to feel about it, but it was certainly a first for me.

I walked in with a packaged dress intended for a friend, planning to send it off as a standard parcel. Initially, the clerk insisted it wasn't possible because the weight was hovering right around that 2-pound mark, though she eventually relented. The strange part was that she then demanded my ID and proceeded to transcribe details from it onto the package, which felt entirely unnecessary. I think I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on, even if it is the only branch in my neighborhood.👎
I have never encountered an issue like this before; as long as things stay under two pounds, nobody has ever asked to see my identification.

Well, thanks for the lightning-fast response...👍
I’m not entirely sure if this is the right place to ask, but I figured I’d give it a shot... If my girlfriend sent me some money online today via Bank of America, but my own account is over at Chase, when should I expect to see those funds hit my balance? Will it show up immediately, or am I looking at waiting until Monday since we're dealing with two different banks?

Thanks

Hey there. 🙂

Thanks, truly... It’s finally running smoothly now.👍

I tried setting my album in my Forum signature policy by adding a "CLICK ON ALBUM" link so it wouldn't look quite so messy, but now the album won't even open. It just keeps prompting me to log in. When I leave it exactly as it is right now, anyone can view it without any issues. Does anyone happen to know why this is happening? I'd really like to figure out how to fix this and get it working properly.

Thanks...🙂

Fair enough, thanks for clarifying...
So, I’m getting ready to mail out a few books. I've already got everything packed up in a box, and it weighs roughly four and a half pounds. Does anyone happen to know what the shipping costs might look like for something like this?

Thanks...🙂
