Of course not. But if you had a notarized agreement or something? Why not, if there's a signed legal document making them liable? If they don't pay, you sue. Honestly, wouldn't be smart for anyone to dodge a debt when the legal fees would end up costing way more than the actual money..

Hey, I'm wondering if anyone knows how to score a quick loan? I need $1333 ASAP, but I have zero interest in getting mixed up in any shady schemes. The problem is, I'm on a temporary contract right now, so traditional banks won't touch me. I could pay it back in 2-4 months with interest, obviously.
