Thanks for getting back to me 😉
It’s actually day 33 for me since I stopped taking Amy, and still nothing... just waiting... 🙄

James Palmer11 said:My investor is dragging his feet big time, so the Fannie Mae 2011 deal is basically dead for me. If I knew for sure things would be steady next year, I wouldn't mind waiting, but who knows what kind of mess we'll be dealing with by then...
If only I knew who to grill about whether this kicks off right at the start of the new year—and who's the big shot actually pulling the strings on these decisions?
James Palmer11 said:If the administration is calling the shots, don't expect anything before maybe three months from now. That's assuming the President doesn't decide to sabotage even decent laws just to get back at the GOP. But hey, if the government already dropped that $50 million and some random suit at the Associated Press is making the calls, maybe it happens right after the election.
Then again, who knows? Maybe the people cranking out these articles don't have a clue what's going on any more than we do.
And who are we supposed to ask? Secretary Mnuchin? Maybe he can take a break from playing Call of Duty and actually reply to an email. 🤣
Good luck, James Palmer11
James Palmer11 said:Are we positive this hits in 2012? Any idea when, roughly? From what I can tell, nobody’s questioning if that $8 million is coming next year—it's just a debate over whether some of it gets pushed into this year.
Does it automatically roll into 2012, or do they have to vote on it all over again?
(I mean, we aren't expecting the same administration to still be in charge, right?!)
For example:
http://www.politicsplus.com/news/4...for-2011.-
says:
Per the law, the program will continue through 2012. Once it's ready, the Associated Press will put out a notice in the public papers and The New York Times. Deadlines for submitting subsidy applications to the chosen banks start from that specific date.
Thanks!

The property is new construction, priced under $2,100 per square foot, and was part of a plan to finally secure housing... but the loan has already been drawn.

I deal with these diagnoses myself, and so do people close to me... honestly, we handle it just fine. We actually see the bright side more often. Everyone tries to pity me, and the second I end up back in the hospital because things flared up, they act like it's the end of the world... but honestly? I actually like being in the hospital. The crew, the doctors, the nurses... it’s just my life now 😁
(I'm 16.5 years old; SLE, chronic hepatitis—they haven't decided if it's autoimmune yet—scoliosis, and chronic/acute colitis)
Every time I'm over at Mayo Clinic, I see so many kids dealing with leukemia, and when those kids laugh... man, there's nothing better. Their smiles are so real and untainted, it makes me completely forget that crappy, fake people even exist.
Sending love 😁
