Finally finished all the paperwork and turned everything in—honestly, half of these forms weren't even on my radar... Now, I just wait.🙂

3.69% for interim financing (4 years), then 5.50% (fixed) for the rest... basically the worst loan ever conceived. And honestly, what kind of bank is this when I have to explain their own damn offer to an employee... The guy just scribbled it down and said, "I'm not really sure, let me check and get back to you"... ridiculous...🤣

Haven't done it yet—just kidding about the annex... My buddy already cleared his stuff through the process two weeks ago...

I went into Wells Fargo and they just gave me this blank stare—like, "What even is the Associated Press?" 🙂

Chase put their state-subsidized mortgage info back on the site yesterday—including all the fine print. They noted it’s starting SOON... But what does "soon" actually mean in this case?
