If that kind of lifestyle is what you're actually looking for, why not just unplug from the internet, buy some farmland, raise some pigs, cows, and sheep, and live off the land?
Man, seriously, the reason it feels this way is because the current monetary system is totally rigged—it's unfair, immoral, and broken right down to its core. It basically forces people into debt slavery while charging interest on nothing but thin air.
It all traces back to 1913, when Woodrow Wilson was essentially misled into approving the creation of the Federal Reserve. After he realized what happened, he actually said:
"I am a most unhappy man. I have unwittingly ruined my country. A great industrial nation is controlled by its system of credit. The growth of the nation, therefore, and all our activities are in the hands of a few men. No longer a government by free opinion...but a government by the opinion and duress of a small group of dominant men."
That’s where all our modern headaches come from—the bubbles bursting and the constant crises. In nature, when a system isn't working and shows how inefficient it is, it either evolves or it dies out. This whole monetary setup has been struggling to evolve since 1907. Personally, I'm all for ending this misery, even if it means our generation takes the hit, just to make sure things are better for the kids coming after us.
