Even the fierce Delta variant isn't a threat to kids

"We aren't seeing an increase in severe cases—the kind requiring ICU care—among Children and adolescents due to Delta," says Armann. He takes it a step further, noting that because overall case numbers are currently low, he sees "practically no Children and adolescents being hospitalized" with a Coronavirus infection."

Basically, zero kids are ending up in the hospital because of Delta.

Yet we keep seeing these articles popping up, absolutely packed with fake data and nothing but made-up assumptions about how infectious or strong the virus actually is.

"However, it appears that Delta is affecting younger age groups more than previous variants did."

Why does everyone keep spreading lies just to fuel panic and fear?
Is there even one single country left in this decaying part of the world that will actually protect its citizens from falsehoods and fear-mongering?

There is absolutely no way I'm vaccinating my kids.
I can't find a single valid reason to do it.

Rebecca White4 said:You're better off just paying it... There’s no statute of limitations to hide behind here, because the Payment Order was issued right on schedule. They were supposed to get it to you, but honestly, even if they had delivered it, what kind of formal complaint would you even bother filing?

It’s not the fine itself that I’m fighting.
My issue is with the collection fees and the bailiff costs, which are way higher than the actual penalty.
If I had just paid the fine, I could have avoided all those extra charges altogether.
Unfortunately, I couldn't pay it because I never actually received the notice in the first place.

Well, I finally got hit with an enforcement notice too.

Back on May 4, 2009, I got caught by transit police on a train and ticketed. The fine was roughly $300.
Naturally, I never actually paid the fine, but yesterday, out of nowhere, I received an enforcement proposal.

Attached to the notice is a Payment Order from the Zaprešić Municipal Court dated October 1, 2010, stating that I owe the fine $100 and $33 court costs.

Here’s the kicker: I never received the actual fine notice, never got a summons, and never saw any official court decision—but they certainly didn't forget to send the enforcement notice.

What are my options here? What can I actually appeal? Has this all statute-of-limitations expired?
Does anyone have examples of successful appeals?

The issue with Zdravko Mamić is that his whole scheme has become too fragile and stretched thin, with way too many people involved. Just like any dictatorship, you're testing the discipline and morals of everyone at the table. The more players you have, the easier it is for the whole system to crack...

Anyone with half a brain will see where I'm going with this... ☕
