I am currently dealing with an HP LaserJet 1020 laser printer, and I suspect the root of the issue lies within the
software layer. My computer has ceased recognizing the hardware entirely; specifically, it identifies the unit as an "unknown device."
Despite our efforts to install the most recent drivers and testing the connection across two separate computers,
the results remain identical—it simply refuses to function, consistently reporting that the printer is offline.
Is there any viable way to resolve a technical failure of this nature?

Could someone lend me some guidance regarding the tax exemption paperwork? I’ve received the hardware token from the accounting department, and they’ve returned my certification agreement along with the filing for the IRS
. I also dropped off that specific tax exemption form... what's the next step in this process? When the USB token arrived, there wasn't any software CD included in the package.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I have a quick question regarding Word 2010 and more recent versions. On my older systems, I could always toggle overtype mode simply by hitting the INSERT key, but now it seems completely unresponsive to that command.
I would appreciate some guidance on how to fix this. 😉
