France simply isn't going to lose; you could see that clearly during their match against Canada. The Canadians played phenomenally for the first 45 minutes, but the French just stayed steady while playing well below their actual ceiling. Then, in those last 10 or 15 minutes, the French kicked it into high gear—much like they did against us in the finals—and that was it, for both us and the Canadians. Against Poland, maybe we'll see a tie, but I don't believe they'll lose.
It looks like Červar will be out after the championship (if he's even still in the running). The team structure is falling apart, there's zero authority, and nothing is consistent except for our erratic play and this supposed "invincibility" that's about to hit a wall... if you're looking for a safe bet, put your money on Denmark. It’s more reliable than a Treasury bond.😁
