I’m dealing with a similar issue, though it affects my left arm. It starts with an occasional tremor and then escalates into these intense contractions. This has been happening ever since I dealt with tendonitis. I get this persistent pain around my shoulder and scapula, which becomes particularly sharp whenever I’m using my right hand for tasks like peeling or slicing food.
