It’s definitely not the end of the road, and there's a better part coming (even if it might sting a little at first)
where you'll realize you actually had some damn good reasons for feeling upside down.
Once that hits, the way you look at yourself is going to change completely.😍

I would have said the exact same thing... bravo. I think Tyler Baker6 and I are on the same page here: you are about to discover so much about yourself that you never even dreamed possible. There is a reason you are the way you are. Accepting your true self can be a massive challenge, but look at the bright side—you have the incredible privilege of truly knowing yourself and having the chance to work on those flaws. I wish you nothing but the best on this adventure... just don't give up!

I agree—you should definitely follow your psychiatrist's instructions. They likely ordered those blood tests to rule out anything else before confirming a bipolar diagnosis. I won't get into the technicalities here, but essentially, those sudden mood swings and impulsive behaviors are what pointed them in that direction. The good news is that there are effective treatments available for both bipolar disorder and depression, so stay positive and keep moving forward. You’ve taken the first big step by recognizing what's happening; now, just commit to the process and get the professional help you need.
