We feel miserable because we haven't hit certain milestones by a specific age, but those aren't even our goals—they're just things society forces on us. Time is relative. There is no such thing as being too young or too old for anything. You should act on what you actually want, not under some imaginary societal pressure. If you hesitate just to please others, you'll end up regretting missed opportunities later.🤷
Facts. We’re constantly obsessing over stuff like it’s more important than anything else. We just fixate on what’s missing or how we aren't living up to some ideal version of ourselves instead of actually looking inward and being happy with what's working. Everyone’s got a good side, you know?😍
Time is totally relative. We shouldn't sweat whether we're "too young" or "too old" for something. We should just do what we want, not cave to social pressure or whatever. If we miss out on things just because of that, we'll probably regret it later...🤷
I think we do it because following the crowd is seen as "correct." For those of us who don't really fit the mold, we end up stressing ourselves out. Honestly, we're the ones doing it to ourselves because we start trying to meet everyone else's standards just to be "acceptable"...
Thinking about it, I don't want to waste my life checking boxes for society if it goes against everything I stand for. Building yourself is hard, but it happens. Self-confidence is huge, at least if you ask me, but anyone can get there if they actually put in the work. There's no magic formula, but there's that saying: "if there's no path, make one by walking"
