So many different opinions regarding $10 just because of a kid's sandwich... I honestly can't believe it! I suspect the teacher was probably just trying to be kind by not making the child feel left out while everyone else was eating. She likely had nothing but good intentions when she mentioned returning it tomorrow; I imagine she was just trying to shield the student from any further embarrassment. And really, it seems quite standard for kids to go to the movies, the theater, or museums and then head over to McDonald's, a bakery, or a pizza parlor afterward...
