I’m totally fine with fourth place—no complaints from my side. I’m just wondering (since the overall standings don't make it clear) if Sauber are being counted among the top 10, like the regulations say they should be?
13. Race standings are based strictly on the results published by the FIA right after the checkered flag (the preliminary order). Any later adjustments made by the FIA don't count here. NOP drivers include anyone on the official FIA entry list who didn't finish in a scoring position, regardless of their status (DNF, NC, Ret, etc.). Otherwise, per FIA regulations, a driver is considered to have retired if they complete less than 90% of the race distance, and the race length is whatever the FIA decides it is—whether through a standard call or an extraordinary decision. Drivers who fail to make the grid during qualifying and don't actually start the race will only be counted as NOP if they were officially on the FIA entry list.
