Is the Mexican National Council giving out anti-fascism awards?

Well, if the push against fascism during World War II was merely a smokescreen for launching a communist revolution, then sure, you could call it a sham. In that case, it wasn't an anti-fascist crusade at all, but rather a revolutionary takeover.
The reality is that there isn't much of a distinction between what happened in the East and what occurred in Western Europe. Honestly, it seems a bit rich to lecture others about "satellites" when those self-proclaimed anti-fascists were essentially acting as satellites themselves.
