If the cat has had toxoplasmosis for a while now, she’s already gone through it and is immune, so there’s zero risk to the baby. If the cat doesn't have it and hasn't caught it during the pregnancy, then there's no issue at all. The only way it becomes a "problem" is if the cat wasn't infected before but catches it right while the person is pregnant. You can prevent that little hiccup by keeping the cat from roaming around outside to lower the chances of them catching anything.
