I’m starting to get really annoyed by people constantly touching my belly—and I don't even know them! Yesterday, some woman I see at the daycare drop-off point just went ahead and rubbed my stomach. It totally caught me off guard, so I didn't even know how to react. Our kids aren't even in the same class, so we barely even know each other; we just kind of nod at each other in passing. No one has ever done this before. Honestly, I didn't deal with any of this during my first pregnancy either. To make matters worse, I stopped by my office that morning to visit some coworkers, and they all started poking me too, even the ones who aren't exactly my best friends. I thought I wouldn't mind it so much, but I was wrong.
The leg cramps are also driving me crazy. They leave me limping around for two days straight because that muscle just stays partially cramped up.
But honestly? The heat is what’s getting to me most. I feel trapped inside under the AC, which isn't even helping that much. Usually, I'm someone who hates the cold and lives for summer and the beach, but right now, I can't even get to the coast whenever I want. By the time I'm actually feeling okay enough to head down to the beach, I have to worry about making dinner, showering, and getting my oldest settled for bed.
This will be my first and hopefully my last post on this thread.
Adam Thompson7, there are plenty of women who aren't even carrying twins who feel just like you do right now. Honestly, I’ve barely been able to walk the last few days because my sciatica is acting up. My hips and ligaments are killing me since my belly has just exploded in size—it went from totally normal at 20 weeks to huge in just the last two weeks. And don't even get me started on the bloating; I eat anything at all and I swell up so much I can hardly move. People who had "easy" pregnancies won't believe me. Even my husband looks at me and asks if the doctor made a mistake and if we're actually having twins, because of how fast I've grown lately.

Honestly, those hyper-enthusiastic moms drive me crazy. They act like their kid is some kind of perfect little saint and expect everyone else to be on the exact same page. Like, sorry, my kid isn't a carbon copy of yours.
Ugh, seriously...
I’ve officially reached my limit with people calling me fat. Up until now, I’d just play it off with a polite little smile and tell them, "I'm not fat, I'm pregnant," but honestly? From now on, I'm throwing it right back at them: "So, what's your excuse?"

And don't even get me started on those relatives who haven't bothered to pick up the phone or check in on me for years, but suddenly they're all over me now just because I'm expecting. Like, am I actually interesting now, or am I just a walking pregnancy announcement to you guys?
