I’ve noticed that for a long time now, and it isn't just something I picked up from watching pregnant women.

😂😂 Truth.😂
In the past, I’ve had people approach me looking quite frail, practically needing assistance to stay upright. Yet, one can never be too certain; perhaps in another life, they might have even tripped me just to ensure they were the first ones onto the bus.😂
Jonathan Wright4 said:Honestly, I wouldn’t even care if they told me "no," but I just wish they'd have the decency to actually ask—you know, show just a tiny shred of basic human empathy and common sense. But nope. Not happening. This has already gone down twice during my pregnancies, once with my last one and now again with this one.

Precisely... whenever someone actually does bother to ask, I usually decline, saying "No thank you," though if I were truly struggling, I suppose I might accept🤷... but so far, I've only been approached by perhaps two or three moms with small children, some elderly folks who look like they've seen a century or two, and once, a pregnant woman who was barely showing🤣
And then there's the sheer absurdity of hearing about how dads get to sit down in waiting rooms while the pregnant women are expected to just stand there.🙂
Laura Barnes42 said:That’s true, though people still ask me if my dad is happy with his girlfriend. He isn't. As soon as he heard she had moved away, he just handed over the divorce papers.🤣

😂🤣😂
It seems I haven't exactly encountered those kinds of comments myself... where on earth do you all find people like that?😂
And thanks, Shirley 🤣 🤣 🤣
As for that poster... I honestly don't know whether to laugh or cry. It brought to mind George Carlin and his take on "funk" 😂 😂—he articulated it so perfectly 😬
Caroline 🙂I truly hope everything turns out alright... try to stay optimistic. 🙂

Shirley actually managed to label me as being "far out there." 🤣 😂
Ask her if she’s genuinely that dim-witted or if she’s just putting on an act... 🤣 honestly... people like that end up having ten kids. 😢
I honestly haven’t encountered anything truly obnoxious or overtly hostile quite yet...
But then, I’ll run into a neighbor, and just as I’ve made my way down the stairs, she starts shouting after me: "Who is that heavy one? Who is that heavy one!?" I was completely caught off guard—what on earth is happening? I was wearing a jacket, so my midsection wasn't even visible, but clearly, the old ladies in the building have started gossiping about me. I can handle a little neighborhood chatter, but there is absolutely nothing okay about having someone scream at you through an entire apartment complex instead of just speaking to you directly. 🙄

😂😂😂
It certainly beats dealing with certain people's personalities!😁
Unfortunately, baking soda just acts as a neutralizer (I usually take it when the heartburn gets unbearable; I used to do it more often, but I’m being much more careful now that I'm pregnant, only when it's truly impossible to endure)... I had really hoped those tablets would be the solution for this fluid buildup without that constant burning sensation... -.-

And yeah, cutting back on food in the evening might help. 😁
Hannah Lewis2 said:Renny, try some lozenges or just dissolve half a teaspoon of baking soda in some water. Don't overthink it—baking soda in water doesn't even taste like anything.

Does this also work for cases that aren't your typical heartburn? I mean, when there isn't really a burning sensation, but more of that feeling where liquid seems to be bubbling up into your throat... almost like you're about to gag?🙂

I found myself "falling in love" while watching Primal Fear... his performance was simply masterclass, much like in Who Framed Roger Rabbit...
American History X stands out as one of my absolute favorites, and I actually enjoyed Rounders quite a bit because of him, even though Matt Damon takes the lead role😁
The only one from your list I haven't seen is In Valley—honestly, I don't think I've even heard of it🤷 , and you didn't mention Frida...
