Looking for a specialist... in Health ·
I'm looking for a dermatologist around the San Jose area. Ideally, I'd like to see someone privately, but I'm definitely open to recommendations for doctors who take insurance referrals too. 😁If you think it's a good one.
It's all about acne.

I’ve had person and person recommended to me in San Jose, and I was wondering if anyone here has worked with either of them? If you have any quick feedback or experiences to share, I’d really appreciate it!

Thanks in advance! 🙂

So, I finally decided to get serious about working out a few days ago. It really hit me when I realized I wanted to feel more confident wearing a bikini at the beach. You know, being out in front of everyone.
I wouldn't say I'm totally unhappy with how I look, but you can definitely tell I've been a bit lazy lately. I just lack that muscle tone and firmness.

I generally eat pretty healthy and stay active enough, but I’m definitely missing consistent exercise and... well, everything else.

Just for reference, I'm 5'5" and about 112 pounds. My goal is to drop maybe 5 or 6 pounds, tone up my legs, and slim down my waist.
But most importantly: I actually stick with it.

I'm hoping these will be "before" photos for a while, and that soon I won't feel so self-conscious at the beach...

Here's my waist. It used to be much more prominent, but I've managed to tighten things up a bit here. I'm already working on melting this away. 🙂

And the toughest part: my legs.
(Note how my right calf is noticeably wider than my left—any tips on how to fix that? 😕 )
Honestly, though, my calves are probably the most muscular and firm part of my body. They aren't great, but they aren't "unhealthy" looking either, lol.

Yeah, true—it’s like every blonde is just inherently less bright than any brunette. Even if they're a fake blonde. I think the brain just knows. Seriously. ☕
