World Handball Championship Finals in Other Sports ·
I honestly hate this sport—how can a team that barely existed a few years ago, and probably won't even exist once this tournament wraps up in their home country, actually manage to rank among the top four? 😲

Is it just me, or does Đomba have this crazy turbo-powered soothing voice?😁
Dealing with hemorrhoids – any advice? in Health ·
I've got some mild hemorrhoids going on. To be honest, I have no clue exactly what stage I'm at since I’ve never actually sat down for a doctor's exam.
I’m trying my best to live "correctly" to keep the issues to a minimum. I eat three or four times a day—making sure two of those are warm meals packed with all the stuff they tell you to eat. I drink plenty of water and generally try to stick to a healthy diet. The only real kicker is my job; lately, I’ve been stuck sitting in a chair way too long.
My bowel movements are totally fine—regular, predictable, and zero pain there.
But lately, I’ve been dealing with this unbearable itching and an occasional stinging sensation. It’s gotten so bad it’s actually woken me up in the middle of the night!
The HemeroProtect cream I’ve been using isn't doing much for me. I even tried a smaller pack of Pilex once, but honestly? Didn't feel a single bit of difference.
Does anyone have any advice? Whether it's old-school home remedies or actual pharmaceutical stuff, I just need to know how to kill this itching.
Best cheap auto insurance? in Banking, Insurance & Loans ·
What kind of circus is going on with these insurance companies? It looks like they dropped their rates again starting March 1st. I’ve been running quotes for the last couple of weeks, and for a 66kW car with a 15% discount, prices were hovering between $2,350 and $2,700. State Farm was coming in as the cheapest option.
Today I swung by the local agency and they immediately offered me $667. Then I stopped at my usual spot—GEICO—because that's where I've always gone. At first, she told me it was $2,700, but once I mentioned the quote I got elsewhere, she suddenly matched it! She was practically begging me to stay because apparently "new terms" and "loyalty bonuses" are coming soon. Talk about desperation.
The paperwork says the premium is $2,700, but I only handed her $2,000. Honestly, I have no clue what kind of shady math she was doing there... but hey, I'm certainly not complaining. Last year I was shelling out $2,900, and this year I'm paying $2,000. Can't argue with that. 🙂
