Best cheap auto insurance?

Based on my research, that's the order of how much I'd save. The only thing is Progressive is definitely cheaper than State Farm $6.75 but they don't seem to offer easy installment plans right now, so State Farm ends up being the most budget-friendly option for me overall.☕
