And get this—I didn't change a single thing on my policy (just basic coverage plus the usual 40k-80k, 50%, 40 kW stuff), I literally just switched insurance companies. 😁
It’s honestly unbelievable how these insurance companies—kind of like the big telecom giants here—value you way more when you jump ship from a competitor than they ever do for your actual loyalty. Like, seriously? After 26 years of driving without a single accident or claim on any of my vehicles, the "best" offer my current provider could give me is still a third more expensive than the quote I got just for switching over.
