Does anyone have a ballpark idea of what the insurance premiums would look like for a 2012 VW Passat? It’s a B7 model, sitting at about 86,000 miles, with the 1.6L TDI engine pumping out 77kW. I've been the owner since it was first registered back in '12... just looking for a quote on basic liability coverage.

So, life has thrown me a bit of a curveball, and I’m being forced to move my PC setup into the bedroom.
The thing is, this current rig is loud enough to be a nuisance, and I can't exactly get any sleep while it's humming away. Since I pretty much leave it running 24/7 to handle all my constant downloading, I really need to find a power supply that won't sound like a jet engine taking off in the middle of the night.
My wife isn't exactly thrilled about the constant drone, either—she’s been giving me quite a hard time about it.
If anyone could point me toward a dead-silent PSU, I’d appreciate it. Here’s what I’m looking to power:
CPU: E2140 @ 3.4GHz
GPU: ATI 3850 512MB
HDD: 4 drives (80GB, 120GB, 250GB, 320GB)
RAM: 2x 1GB Apacer 1066MHz
2 x SATA DVD burners
