I can't get anywhere on foot, which is frustrating because I love walking, but we just don't have a car.
My uterus is low, so I assume that's why the baby feels so low down. Any time I spend standing upright for more than 20 minutes, I get this intense lower abdominal pain and an overwhelming urge to pee—even if I just went moments ago.
Do those maternity support belts actually help?

And honestly, just like you, most of my irritation comes from other women. They treat me like I’m completely incapable of doing anything for myself. Then, they swoop in, take over everything, and have the nerve to say, "Oh, I did everything perfectly fine during my pregnancy." 😬 Then, when they finally act polite, they act like they're superior to me. Wtf? Since when did pregnancy become a competition?
I’m 14 weeks along, and these sudden hunger pangs have started hitting me out of nowhere. It’s incredibly frustrating. My actual appetite hasn't changed—I'm eating the same amount I did before I got pregnant—but the hunger hits so fast and so hard. If I don't eat breakfast within 15 minutes of rolling out of bed, I feel as weak as if I haven't eaten in days.
I start shaking, getting nauseous, feeling unsteady on my feet, and sometimes I even end up throwing up.
Throughout the day, I find myself having to grab a snack, usually some fruit, every hour or so.
Look, I don't really have any specific pregnancy cravings, but this sensation of hunger? It feels primal. Like an animal.
The thing that caught me most off guard during my Pregnancy is the sheer volume of anxiety I feel regarding the baby.

I’d honestly rather endure a three-day migraine than let fear swallow me whole like an Advil could.
I’m terrified the baby will be born with health issues or won't make it at all.
I'm scared my own body might fail me.
I'm scared the doctors will completely screw things up during or after delivery.

I also worry that if I push for a natural birth, I'll end up hurting the baby because I don't have the medical expertise of a doctor—yet, at the same time, I have zero faith in their decisions after everything I've read about medical horror stories.

Uh-huh... I’m going to have to start chanting mantras that everything will be fine, or I'm going to lose my mind.
