The nausea, the bloating, the tender breasts, all those physical shifts... it’s just a lot of extra stress and anxiety to deal with. I didn't realize pregnancy would feel like this, and I can't even say I'm enjoying it because I'm constantly worrying. Between trying to take care of myself and looking out for the baby, we totally lose sight of actually enjoying the moment or looking forward to the good stuff coming our way. People ask so many questions and talk so much, but honestly, none of that matters—I'm sure everyone means well and isn't being nosy just to be mean. Actually, I don't mind all the attention too much 🙂

I was throwing up all day long, I guess. Even brushing my teeth felt like a total nightmare because my stomach would turn the second the brush touched my mouth.
Everything sort of just leveled out around week 13 or 14, and I think that's when my appetite finally came back.

Though, I have been reading that some women don't find out until after the 30th week just because the baby refuses to settle into the right position.

Aren't you being modest? 😁 I’m still dealing with it myself; I’ve actually gotten so used to feeling sick that it feels strange when I wake up and *don't* feel like throwing up. I really hope it passes for you soon so you can finally feel like yourself again! 😁

Oh man, I suppose it'll pass for you soon enough. 🙂
For me, the nausea started right along with a migraine, so I figured that was probably it. When it didn't go away after a few days, I assumed maybe it was just some bad takeout I'd eaten. 🤦😬
Once my period stayed missing longer than usual, I took a test, then another one, and both turned positive at the exact same moment... 😁

It seems like it's always worst in the mornings and evenings, I guess. It just feels like everything is sitting right in the back of my throat, waiting to come up. 😵

And honestly, my absolute terror of any kind of medical exam is making it impossible to even schedule an appointment. Just thinking about getting blood work done makes me start panicking and hyperventilating. 😢
I guess the pregnancy was what caught me off guard the most, though I have to say, this constant nausea is really starting to get under my skin. 😁
