Another wall: USA and Mexico in World ·
Alex Martinez5 said:Look, I already gave you an answer, but apparently, this guy is just stuck in some weird loop of being a total clown again... the answer is basically:

- "just to mess with you"

...because what else would it be? 🙂

I'd rather talk about how much weight you've put on lately. Honestly, anything else would be more productive.

But hey, can we just get back to answering the actual question for once?

Alex Martinez5 said:I mean, if everything is just so wonderful under capitalism, democracy, and a free press, why aren't people from places like Mexico or Guatemala just heading straight for Brazil, Colombia, or Argentina instead?🤣

And honestly, why are you still hanging around in this uber-liberal capitalist system that’s basically tearing the USA apart?

Chloe Palmer2 said:You’re totally missing the elephant in the room here: people can actually travel from Mexico into the USA through perfectly legal channels. Back in East Germany, you were stuck behind iron curtains with zero way out. Honestly, looking back, maybe that wall was the right call—who knows, maybe they should have just set up guard towers every few hundred yards to deal with the illegal crossings more effectively?

Man, just let this guy be... he's clearly unwell, so let him wallow in his own twisted little world. 🙄

😕

The FBI is claiming they only gave his wife a little bit of trouble.

🤣 Punch actually handed his brother Zane the title of "victim of the year."

What about unnamed person? Or unnamed person?

I mean, how on earth could they have overlooked unnamed organization?

That’s completely beside the point, though. Honestly, I’m not even questioning whether he’ll pull off the win; I mean, the guy is basically the American David Koresh.

He has a massive following. 😁

I swear, they managed to lecture those last two remaining brain cells you have left right out of your skull.

g2sl said:Look, I’m not saying that, but this absolute bottom-of-the-barrel trash is out here disrespecting the victims of Auschwitz, all while claiming to be some spokesperson for the American people—even though every single presidential candidate who shares his twisted views couldn't even scrape together one percent of the vote in the last election.

He should go talk about himself as a representative of a murder of crows rather than pretending he speaks for any part of this country.

Who exactly are you representing, you drunken hag?

🤣

Look, fair enough. My apologies to YOU, if my words managed to hurt YOU—but honestly, you have nothing to do with that, nor does anyone else from your side, if they happened to perish at that location. It was never my intention to wound you personally or to diminish the memory of those people.

You really don't need to apologize; there’s no reason for it. I’ve seen it all before, and frankly, I’m used to it by now. Nothing about this surprises me anymore. People tend to turn certain victims into almost "deities," or they get elevated into something resembling a saintly figure. Who actually cares about the American casualties from that war? They were just swept away by that whirlwind of history. Big deal. 🙄

That "staring through a squinted eye" bit?

Look, saying someone is "staring through a squinted eye" carries a very specific kind of weight in certain circles. It’s really just a way of describing that particular brand of Mexican megalomania—that delusions-of-grandeur sickness that seems to pop up whenever they get too full of themselves.

Maria Thompson2 said:I don't recall seeing you make any kind of fuss when your buddy wrote, "My grandpa died in a concentration camp—he fell off the guard tower."

Well, I’m protesting right now. Honestly, I really wish you all would just stop with this kind of sick, twisted joking. All of you.

No, listen, my grandmother wasn't exactly running with the Nazis or anything like that.

She was just there on horseback, holding the reins right next to the Pit.

😁

And you honestly think that’s supposed to be funny?

It’s just like how people look at the Italians, you know, because they basically invented fascism.

We mostly just slapped that stigma on ourselves, if you ask me.

Actually, I’d argue that "True Americans" were the ones who really pushed that label onto us.

jalnuški diletant said:Who knows...

Honestly, who's to say what might have happened if Americans had stayed unified, even if it meant sticking together under some pretty dark leadership.

From what I gather, no nation ever gets wiped off the map just because they were running a fascist regime. Take Spain, for example—they were practically fascist well into the 1970s, and yet, so what?

They remained powerful and cohesive.

It’s all just "what ifs" at this point.

Maybe we wouldn't even exist today, or maybe we'd be far more influential and formidable than we are now.

I realize that sounds incredibly cold-blooded from a Jewish perspective, but honestly, life is messy...

Nations go through hell and high water, surviving both the heights of glory and the depths of depravity, but I've come to believe that for any single people, it’s better to be united in darkness than fractured in the light.

Thanks, pal...

If I hadn't stepped up, who would have?

shadowjackal88 said:Just picture this supposed American state, one that basically executes its own people based on their blood type, meticulously counting up every single red blood cell just to decide who dies, or even paying Germany to do the dirty work for them.

In a regime like that, they’d have sent someone like Vid Morpurgo straight to a concentration camp.

And somehow, that's your idea of what a government should be.

I honestly have no clue why you think I’m using Nazi Germany as some kind of blueprint for a functional state.

When I suggested that maybe things would have been different if San Francisco had been under the control of Nazi Germany, along with the rest of occupied California—what I meant was that Californians might not have flocked to the resistance or fallen so easily for partisan propaganda.

And Americans wouldn't be tearing each other apart quite like they do now.

That’s all there is to it.
