It’s like they think we’re idiots who don't know what's actually going down in Miami and Cleveland, or even up in D.C.

Don't start celebrating early. Madoff already has too much luck on his side. He'll screw things up just to snag 1st or 2nd place in the groups, and then all hell breaks loose in Europe... things are only gonna get harder after that...

Madoff only plays for Real Madrid. They bring the cash. EL brings nothing but headaches.

And since the city budget is tight right now, he’s basically broke without Real Madrid... he's in a massive financial hole...

I don't get why the suits at Dinamo are such total assholes or just complete idiots. It feels like they're trying to bully people, thinking everyone's too lazy to push back.
If I hand my ticket to someone, that's on them. I don't owe anyone anything. If they break the rules and sneak into the stadium, that's their problem—besides getting kicked out. Same goes if they act like a jerk.

Right, because I'm sure they'd never lie or do anything illegal. 😁

They treat us like ATM machines, while Mamić runs the show.

Watched the stream. The chanting was brutal, but that classic BBB kind of brutal. 🙏🙏🙏

Looks like they were pushing that new song too. Massive turnout, which is wild since I don't know a single soul living in Chicago.

On all the random forums, Mamić's little minions are whining about why BBB doesn't show up like this more often, basically admitting that without BBB, the vibe just isn't there. 😂

Nah, I won't. Can't even make it. Wouldn't be hypocritical.

He wasn't trolling, he just got the fan group wrong. 🙂

Ever thought about the Boys starting their own club? You know, like how those Liverpool fans did because they couldn't stand the owners.

Don't get me wrong, fighting these endless battles is exhausting, and who knows how many more we'll face. Or maybe your whole life goal is just being the guy leading the charge against the establishment to earn some street cred?

America only shifted once Franjo Tuđman left the scene, and Los Angeles FC won't fall until Mamić kicks the bucket. Once a new dictator takes over, it’ll be the same old endless, messy fight all over again. Isn't it a bit hypocritical to sit around waiting for someone to die just to get what you want, even if it feels like the only way out?

Look, Los Angeles FC belongs to us—to every single member.

Here’s my take on the whole mess. I dropped a new post on my blog and Facebook, and even some news sites are picking it up:

Eric Phillips52 said:Who's whining? The last ten pages haven't been whining at all, just talking about those "regular" folks. It's not whining to point out that 95% of people don't give a damn about us, and it's not whining to be realistic and admit we're on our own. It's not whining to realize this fight is an uphill battle. None of us are asking for handouts from the average Joe or random supporters. You gotta face facts instead of throwing polls and studies at me saying people don't like Mamić. I couldn't care less. I show up to the stadium and 90% of the crowd treats me like crap. To me, that looks like actual support for Zdravko Mamić. That’s not crying, that’s just reality. You have to know you can count on maybe 500 people in this fight, not half of New York City. That's why most of NYC doesn't give a shit about the team or us or Mamić.

Momak, I've been watching your account. All you do is tank the group's morale. CONSTANTLY. That's your whole deal. If I were a mod, I'd have banned you ages ago. But hey, I'm not.

Joshua Moore31 said:Someone above brought up the bolougan boys. Here’s a quick breakdown of their history—it’s the exact same pattern we're seeing here. It's an insane blueprint where a massive, hardcore fan base gets gutted down to fewer than 200 ultras, leaving nothing but a "silent majority" of posers at the stadium who can't even make noise for 90 minutes. What’s happening at our home stadium is just a final sweep of anyone they don't like. We can complain all we want, but every move management makes to shut us down works perfectly; they just keep cutting numbers season after season. How are you expecting kids under 18 to ever show up again after being harassed and profiled late into the night after games? Check the link: http://www.ultras-tifo.net/news/140-...upporters.html

The crackdown is definitely worrying. Mamić isn't. He’ll eventually bail, but the repression stays. Even though he and his crew led the charge, this system will stick around after they're gone because it serves everyone from the cops to politicians and increasingly the general public.

The US is basically a testing ground. I saw Matteoni wrote an article about it in SN today, which is what I've been preaching for ages. The whole scene is at risk, not just us.

fighting bullshit... you constantly ignore the facts. You're chasing a dream from decades ago while the club is still a total mess. Remember when they finally changed the name back and the ultras wouldn't even step foot in the stadium?
what kind of progress is that?
you're like those guys who get trashed and try to grab their wife's car keys saying "give 'em here, I can drive!" when they can barely stand up.🤣

Man, your little crusade has been dragging on since the nineties and it's still going nowhere...
at this rate, instead of Tiki-Taka, we'll be singing http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EthCU8C22ZI

So what? What now? We supposed to cry about it? Start an agency? What?

Look, I wish we didn't have the history of the USA or Tuđman either. I wish we didn't have Mamić or deal with some primitive schizophrenic who needs 100% control over everything, but that's just how it is, and we fought back.

At the end of the day, it's about whether you can look yourself in the mirror as a man and a fan. If all this is too much for you, there are plenty of easier hobbies out there—go hiking, play cards, or go hang out with girls at a beach resort.

You feel me?

steelseal10 said:Some kids with nothing to their names stood up to Mamić’s thugs while you were sitting on your hands, so quit calling people idiots.😉

Look, kid, I’ve been tracking Mamić's rackets for 20 years now. Since '94, basically. Spent most of that time riding with ten other guys while 90% of the crowd called us crazy and you lot attacked me from every angle. Just because I’m staying quiet doesn't mean nothing didn't happen. 😉

I wasn't taking a shot at all the kids. I kept saying we’ve got an incredible squad—maybe our best ever—and I’m not sleeping on them. I was just calling out the whiners on the forums.

Eric Phillips52 said:Where do you even live, man? Get real for once. What "dead public opinion" are you talking about? At my stadium, 80% of the crowd is booing and causing hell, and the other 10% just couldn't care less. Why would I give a damn about some poll? You think some news site or TV station is gonna run a survey where it's split fifty-fifty? Screw that. My home is Yankee Stadium, and the whole stadium should be with us. Instead, last year during the Champions League, random people showed up just to spite us, physically attacking our guys who light flares and push against the cops. That's your idea of support? Or is it this kind of support where everyone in the stands except us is basically cursing out Mamić? We care about the fans, the stadium crowd—but that crowd a) doesn't really exist, and b) hates us from the bottom of their souls. So what's left to talk about? Are we supposed to hope that 50,000 fans will suddenly realize we were right after ten years of Mamić's tyranny and start standing with us overnight? Hahaha, please.

🙂
They hate us, cry baby, cry baby.

Public opinion matters because it tells politicians what to do. Sure, Mamić can round up a few thousand losers whenever he wants, just like I said how there were 5,000 people at the Locomotive game...

Back in the 90s, the stadium was also full of idiots wearing Croatijin gear, and order was kept by kids from the Republican Party youth wing in yellow windbreakers, so what? We survived and we won...

Honestly, these whiny pessimists just amuse me. God bless, they’re nineteen years old and acting like they're in some deep depression or on the verge of suicide. Everything is pitch black... Are you guys freaking idiots? 🙂

Man, there's 500 of us now. At no point in BBB history were we ever this big. What the hell are you talking about?

Look at Valsimot, who used to run a group of maybe 20 people back then. How many BBB fans were even around in the late 90s? Remember when you couldn't even fill up a 35-passenger minibus for Indianapolis? That was it. You couldn't even get 30 people from Washington, D.C. to show up for an away game in Indianapolis.

I remember that trip to San Diego when those thugs beat us down in Boise, and I REMEMBER EXACTLY that we were outnumbered because there were enough of us to fill a double-decker bus. That’s 75 people right there. Hello??!!?!

Home games? Zero, zilch, nada. People showed up.

Yeah, we’d travel in mass to Miami, and we’d pack Yankee Stadium for the big derbies. And occasionally to Europe.

But compared to back then, we’re a freaking starship in terms of numbers and everything else. We roll out whenever we can, sometimes 600 or 700 strong for away games, and that's the strength of a crew that'll damn well grow again once traveling to a game isn't such a massive risk. Most people are just cowards anyway.

Christian Jones said:That's obviously too much for them, but you gotta admit we haven't been getting roasted as hard as we were during that game against the Sheriff 🙂 ! Basically, instead of winning over the crowd over the years, we actually lost even the few neutrals we had left. You could see it clearly with the guys in the North when the cops showed up. Huge difference from May 1st, 2010. Back then, the whole East side stood up, but now people just move aside or stay seated! Something needs to change because this isn't working anymore; they're gonna clear us out of the stands and leave us with nothing but away games. And the trash in charge is so bad, he'll have the cops targeting us and the visiting fans alike.

The East side didn't stand up because of the North on May 1st, it was the other way around. 😉

And that proves my point. Most of the real Real Madrid fans still don't show up to games. That old East side, the actual soul of Yankee Stadium.

Look, we can fight about whether that decision was right, but the fact is, the diehards are all that's left, plus a few thousand poor souls you can buy off with a rotten apple. Very few true Real Madrid fans remain.

On the Crazy days, there were maybe 5,000 people, while at Real Madrid it was 8-9,000. It's useless—it's summer, it's boring... they'd watch men wrestling in the mud. But even those numbers are still terrible attendance...

On the flip side, when they set decent ticket prices like they did for LP last year, the stadium is empty. Don't just blame the crisis or being broke, because stadiums are getting fuller everywhere in Europe, even where the crisis is way worse than here.

Jerry Maguire hasn't won anyone over; he's just losing. Two years ago, the stadium was packed because he cleaned things up a bit. Now, the only thing that'll pull people back is some massive, legendary European name.
