They act like the European Union is pure gold, a perfect little club where nobody does anything wrong and corruption doesn't exist.
Honestly, Pusićka and her propaganda have brainwashed some people, and it’s nasty.
So how is it possible that inside this supposed "perfect" EU, you've got a criminal outfit like UEFA running things under Platini? He just jumped from failing private businesses straight into leading that infectious octopus, spreading its tentacles into all these football federations for mutual kickbacks.
If there was any actual justice in the EU, the institutions would be going after UEFA first, and then their little puppets, like Mamić.
Do you seriously think Mamić is gonna get wrecked by these lawsuits? Don't be naive; this is just window dressing to make it look like they're doing something. At best, he might get some joke probation, if he's lucky.
The higher-ups will dump him one day when they get bored, when he stops being useful, or when someone more profitable comes along.
And you guys can keep deluding yourselves thinking you can change things... Only to eventually claim a victory when the "top brass" replaces him and you pretend it happened because of you.
Goodnight!
1. Pusićka is just washing your brain with ideology. But the foundation of the EU isn't about politics; it's the common market. There's no room for playing nice there. Not even in football, which is also part of that same market.
2. UEFA definitely has to suck up to them too... and coordinate with the EC. At least Platin isn't against it, given he needs those votes from the smaller countries. Read up.
Long term, UEFA doesn't stand a chance. The European supporter movement is getting stronger. Social media and the internet are building new generations capable of pulling off coordinated, pan-European fan actions against football crime. Once hundreds of stands across Europe raise their voice together, that fortress is coming down. ☕
