New fan laws: What do we think?

I just posted this over on the BBB thread, but let me be clear: this entire mess involving Armada is nothing more than a smear campaign orchestrated by those hacks at the Dinamo organization. It’s a transparent attempt by people like Ciga to manipulate public opinion under the guise of fighting hooliganism. Honestly, there's no point questioning how the general public will react—they won't side with the fans. But that’s an old story; you can't expect support from a crowd that's so easily swayed. They target us because we aren't easily manipulated, making us a nuisance to them. This ridiculous new policy, where entire groups face travel bans, is just the latest scheme dreamed up by Cvrk to eliminate anyone who dares to challenge their private interests. Most people just swallow whatever nonsense they're fed, so they aren't the issue. The real "problem" in their eyes is the minority—the fans—and they are determined to wipe us out simply because we represent an opposition they can't control from the stands. That’s exactly it—they basically set a trap at every single match. They’ll "accidentally" toss a hook and throw two five-dollar flares onto the pitch just to trigger the chaos, and then—poof—it's game over. First, you get that frantic warning from the PA announcer, and if it happens again, they just call a stoppage. It feels like they've gone way too deep into this bit, honestly. Hehehe.🙂

FANS ASSAULT TWO DOGS AND THREE CATS!

According to some unofficial word on the street, there was an absolutely insane incident involving a local fan group today around 3 PM.

From what we're hearing, this crew of fans spotted a territorial dispute breaking out between two dogs and three cats—and instead of minding their own business, they decided to "intervene." Yeah, they actually jumped into a natural turf war between two warring species and used loud chanting to drive both the cats and the dogs off the territory.

Honestly, you could say these fans basically raped the entire natural order. They completely ignored Darwinian survival of the fittest, which is a massive sin when you start meddling in the ancient conflicts between different species.

I have no clue where these hooligan groups get the right to decide the fate of these animals. It’s probably just a massive failure of the school system and parents who clearly didn't bother teaching their kids anything useful during their formative years.

Today these thugs are messing with the lives of cats and dogs, and mark my words—tomorrow they'll be sticking their noses into your kids' lives. Is there no end to them? Who is actually going to step up and stop these wild individuals who don't even respect the most basic laws of nature?

It seems to me that if you actually bother to read the rulebook, every single one of our stadium safety regulations states that matches are supposed to be halted immediately if there's any flare throwing, racism, or whatever other nonsense breaks out, yet I have never once seen a game actually get called off entirely. They just pause things for ten minutes, wait for the dust to settle, and then everything just explodes even harder than before 😁

I’m guessing someone here might actually know the answer to this... Question: Is it possible to get convicted in court for setting off flares if the only person who saw it was a cop? If there’s video footage, it might show some other guy lighting them, but honestly, I doubt they even caught the person responsible on camera. Basically, can I be found guilty based solely on a cop's false testimony?

Honestly, I’d recommend getting a lawyer. I messed up once too because of a flare I didn't even light, but the cop insisted I did (there wasn't any video, obviously).
In the end, I just ended up doing community service.

Just a quick question from a non-expert here. Is it actually possible to collect enough signatures for a referendum so we can vote on whether or not we want this Sports Fan Act in America?

The definition is pretty clear: A referendum involves submitting a proposed new constitution, constitutional amendments, any specific law or a major political decision (at the national, state, or local level) to a public vote where citizens decide with a "yes" or "no."

That’s what would give us the legal standing to weigh in on this law, provided we could actually pull off getting a referendum on the ballot.
