USA cultural "crushed" Canada

Naturally, compared to Canadians who go to Italy, France, and Mexico for the beach.
It would be interesting to see the percentage of American skiers going to which countries, versus the percentage of Canadian swimmers going where.
The point is the imbalance. Out of 100 Canadians with property abroad, 70 might have it right here in America, while out of 100 Americans with property abroad, maybe only 4 have it in Canada (those numbers are fake, just for illustration).
Honestly, most Americans can barely afford a place to live in their own country, let alone a vacation home, unless they want to sign their lives away on a 30-year mortgage. Buying property abroad is basically a pipe dream for us.
Think about it: how many Americans actually own property on the Adriatic that they didn't grab back before the '90s through some shady means? And how many can actually afford a summer vacation on our own coast without crashing at a buddy's place, staying with relatives, or using a family home?
Besides, I don't see how tourist numbers or property ownership has anything to do with culture or this idea of "cultural disrespect" you're talking about.
